The Chicago Bears will take on the Pittsburgh Steelers for a Week 9 battle at Heinz Field. The Chicago Bears (3-5) had the lead but couldn’t hold off the Niners in the 4th quarter dropping 33-22. The Steelers (4-3) however, got a huge victory against the Browns 15-10 to stay within reach of the division. NFL betting lines opened with the Steelers as 6½-point chalk, with a total of 40.

The Bears couldn’t find a way to turn things around and dropped their third straight game. After committing five turnovers against Tampa Bay, Justin Fields rebounded nicely, getting into a rhythm early and connecting on a nice touchdown pass, while scrambling for 102 yards.

The rushing attack was also lethal, combining for 176 total yards against a stout Niner defense.

The defense has been the Bears’ biggest strength this year, but they couldn’t hold off the 49ers in the fourth quarter allowing 20 unanswered points. The 14th ranked defense has only allowed 232 yards through the air, good for ninth in the league, but will be tested against veteran Ben Roethlisberger.

The Steelers keep finding a way to win after starting 1-3, Pittsburgh has rattled off three straight victories.

The offense is starting to make a name for itself, particularly Najee Harris who has been on a tear. The offensive line has contributed greatly to the running back’s success as he’s produced a touchdown in four straight games.

The defense by far has made the biggest impact this season, holding their opponents under 20 points in five of their seven games so far in 2021. The Steelers only have six takeaways on the year but saved the game with a huge strip late in the 4th quarter.
