Jaguars
The Jaguars have fared well this season and could easily be 3-1 right now. They took an early 14-0 lead in Philadelphia last week and were in a good position.
However, Jacksonville allowed the next 29 points before scoring a late touchdown, falling 29-21. They did give the Eagles a good test and still have to view their season as an encouraging one.
Quarterback Trevor Lawrence has made significant improvements under new head coach Doug Pederson. He was horribly coached by Urban Meyer last year.
However, he threw an interception and just 174 passing yards against the Eagles and still has a lot to learn. The Jaguars held the ball for only 20 minutes and collected just 219 yards.
That makes it hard to handicap this game, as the Texans might be better than their record while the Jags might be worse.
