Jaguars vs Chiefs Betting Information Analysis
The Kansas City Chiefs played one of the most remarkable football games in recent memory last Sunday night, managing to survive the Tennessee Titans.
Now they prepare for another AFC South opponent when they host the Jacksonville Jaguars, who snapped a long losing streak and hope to keep their momentum going against Kansas City.
Those who bet online feel like this could be a sleepy spot for the Chiefs after such a big win. Will they get past the Jaguars and cover the NFL betting odds?
Let’s check the latest NFL odds, stats, injury reports, and NFL lines for Jaguars vs Chiefs. We’ve plenty of Vegas NFL odds and NFL week 10 picks for you to consider.
Jaguars
Jacksonville trailed the Las Vegas Raiders 17-0 this past week, but they didn’t give up hope. They shut out the Raiders 17-0 in the second half and rallied for a 27-20 win.
Interestingly, the Chiefs played a very similar game against the Raiders, digging themselves a big double-digit hole before climbing out of it to win.
For the Jags, their win snapped a five-game losing streak. They had allowed several close games to slip through their fingers in previous weeks.
Jacksonville quarterback Trevor Lawrence had one of his better games of the 2022 season, completing 25 of 31 passes without an interception and showing a much greater level of command in the huddle.
Jacksonville, which started the season 2-0, briefly looked like a playoff team in the AFC. The five-game losing streak seemed to shut the door to any playoff talk, but at 3-5, the Jaguars are not completely out of the hunt in the AFC.
They do need to get on a roll, however, if they are to have any chance of playing meaningful football in January. A win here would give them lots of wind in their sails.
Chiefs
Kansas City’s 20-17 overtime win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday Night Football was truly one of the most extraordinary NFL games ever played.
The Chiefs and quarterback Patrick Mahomes completed 43 passes, while the Titans completed just five.
The difference of 38 completed passes is one of the largest – if not the largest – differentials in completions between two teams in any football game ever played.
The Chiefs threw for 446 yards, the Titans for just 80. The Chiefs threw 68 passes, the Titans only 16. The Chiefs gained 499 net yards, the Titans 229.
Yet, this game was an overtime game, and if anything, the Titans outplayed the Chiefs for 60 minutes before finally falling in overtime. This came on a night when they did not have starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill available to play.
The Titans’ elite defense outworked the Chiefs’ offense, but Kansas City was able to score a late touchdown and a 2-point conversion to turn a 17-9 deficit into a 17-17 tie.
The Chiefs have to find a way to be more effective on offense. It’s good that Mahomes saved them, but they either need to run more or find more receiving options other than Kelce.
The good news is that the Chiefs seem to have their number. A matchup with the Jags should get things back to normal.

Jaguars vs Chiefs Picks & Prediction
The Chiefs’ offense was smothered by the Titans, but anyone making their NFL picks should note that the Titans are a big thorn in the Chiefs’ side.
This offense figures to be a lot better against the Jaguars, who probably should have lost to the Raiders last week. Expect the Chiefs to win comfortably at home. Lay the points in the sportsbook.
