The Jaguars come into this matchup on a four-game losing streak. Jacksonville’s offensive woes continued, with just 206 total yards against the Rams. Urban Meyer’s offense has been one of the worst in the league, turning the ball over 21 times–including twice last week–so far in 2021.
Defensively, the Jaguars’ unit has had major issues against the run, allowing 277 rushing yards over their last two games. Sony Michel ran for 121 yards and a score a week ago.
The Tennessee Titans needed a week off, losing their last couple and being hit hard by the injury bug. The offense has struggled without the presence of Derrick Henry in the backfield, managing just 26 points in their last two games. Ryan Tannehill has played poorly of late, throwing four picks against the Texans, then passing for just 93 yards against the Patriots.
Tennessee has one of the best rush defenses in the league, holding opponents under 100 yards per game. The Titans are, however, getting shredded against the pass to the tune of 256.3 yards per game. New England’s Mac Jones scorched Tennessee for 310 yards and two touchdowns in Week 12.
