NFL betting is the most popular type of online sports betting, and the 2020 regular season is approaching its conclusion. There are only a handful of weeks left to make the most of our gambling opportunities, so let’s get to it. Our sportsbook’s most recent NFL odds show the Giants as six-point road favorites on Sunday.

At 3-7, the Giants are much alive in the race to win the pitiful NFC East. Our to-win division odds show NY’s moneyline at +325. Current Super Bowl Odds show the Giants (+10000) as wretched longshots to win the big game in Tampa Bay.
The Bengals have been eliminated from postseason contention, and face the rest of this bleak season without their gutsy captain. Rookie QB Joe Burrow went down with substantial damage to his knee last week and is now on IR. Cincinnati will work on overcoming the Bengals’ seemingly toxic culture to finish the season strong.

Vs Eagles
The Giants leveled the season series with a division rival when they vanquished the Eagles 27-17 a week ago. NY and Philadelphia exchanged blows in a welterweight match between postseason hopefuls, with the G-men celebrating their second straight win. The Eagles didn’t make a single third-down conversion, going 0-for-9 on the day. NY’s 12th-ranked defense has become a reliable unit, and they’ve clamped down tighter in recent weeks.
The Giants tallied 382 yards, deploying a balanced offensive attack. QB Daniel Jones played efficiently, completing 21-of-28 passes for 244 yards, carving up the most yardage with WR Darius Slayton. Jones hit Slayton on five occasions for 93 yards.
NY’s solid rushing attack produced the lion’s share of the points, with the Giants scrambling quarterback leading the way. Jones ran nine times for 64 yards and a touchdown, while Wayne Gallman banged in two more scores. Gallman, Jones, and Alfred Morris combined to rush for 151 yards.

At Football Team
Losing to Washington 20-9 would have been bad enough for Cincinnati. The Football Team added injury to insult by inadvertently taking out the Bengals’ franchise quarterback. In the third quarter, Burrow suffered multiple knee injuries when DE Montez Sweat and DL Jonathan Allen converged on him.
Sweat hit him high, and Allen hit him low. The result was devastating. Burrow had been playing well before suffering the injury, connecting on 22-of-34 passes for 203 yards and a score. Backup QB Ryan Finley completed 3-of-10 passes in relief, throwing an interception.
Washington capitalized on the deflated morale and shifting momentum, storming back from a 9-7 deficit to lock up the victory. The Bengals’ pain runs deeper than wins and losses, as they begin life without Captain Burrow. The uninspiring Finley is slated to start at quarterback against the Giants in Week 12.
Betting on the Game
Point Spread
Both the Giants and Bengals have been great against the spread but Cincy’s numbers must be re-analyzed post-Burrow. NY is 7-3 ATS in 2020, with a perfect record of 5-0 ATS on the road this year. Cincinnati will certainly rally around its fallen captain and put forth its best effort, but that simply won’t be enough. The G-men cover.
Moneyline
The Bengals have lost five of their last six games, and are spiraling down a dark hole. Losing the heart and soul of the team is a tough pill to swallow. A moneyline of -260 is reasonable and worth the gamble in this spot. A winning bet on the Giants of $60 will earn you a return of $23.08 on your investment.
Over/ Under
The Bengals have Finley under center and starting RB Joe Mixon is still on IR. Cincinnati allowed 36 sacks this season on Burrow, so Finley can expect to get trampled by NY’s punishing pass rush. The Bengals’ D keeps them in the game for a while, but they eventually tire out. The Giants’ offense is the third-worst in the league, so this is projecting to be a relatively low-scoring affair.
Prediction: Giants 24, Bengals 13
