The short-lived drama over the vaccination status of quarterback Aaron Rodgers is, for the time being, in the rear-view mirror. Rodgers looks to add to his numbers of 50 touchdown passes and seven interceptions in 25 career games against Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. The NFC North-leading Packers will be without leading rusher Aaron Jones when they travel to meet their closest competitor in the division.
A Green Bay win would open up a 4½-game lead in the division and also improve the Packers to 7-1 against NFC foes.
Minnesota is attempting to win two straight games against Green Bay for just the third time since the start of the 2010 season.
Green Bay has covered in the last three games against Minnesota when the Las Vegas odds had a line of three points or less.

The Green Bay Packers welcomed quarterback Rodgers back after he missed the previous game due to COVID-19 protocols. Dillon touchdown runs and a dominant defensive effort to return to the win column with the 17-0 victory.
The game didn’t approach the 49-point total set by the NFL football lines but Green Bay did cover for the ninth game in a row. It was also the seventh consecutive game involving the Packers that went under the total.

It was the third straight time the Vikings won on the road. The game fell short of the 53½-point total as five of the last seven Minnesota games went under the total.
Minnesota has covered in four of its last five games as an underdog.
