Lamar Jackson Surpasses Michael Vick for Most Rushing Yards by a QB in NFL History
Jackson Gave Ravens Fans a Perfect Xmas Gift, Breaking the Record for Most Rushing Yards by a QB in NFL History
Lamar Put On a Record-Breaking Christmas Show
If there’s a player who can put on a performance worthy of rivaling a Beyoncé halftime show, it’s Baltimore Ravens quarterback and human highlight reel Lamar Jackson.
Yesterday, with both sharing the spotlight in the second of two NFL games on Christmas day, Jackson again showed why he is touted by fans, experts, and everyone in between as one of the most eye-popping talents in all of pro football, leading his team to a 31-2 squashing of the Houston Texans, in Texas.

Passing for 168 yards with two touchdowns and rushing for 87 yards with another score under his belt, Jackson took to the challenge of not being upstaged by Queen Bey. Jackson managed to put his name atop the list of QBs with the most rushing yards in league history. This means he surpassed former Atlanta Falcons legend, headliner of the Prime show ‘Evolution of the Black QB’, and the face that charms the place for BetUS fans, Michael Vick.

Entering the game with 6,023 yards, the Ravens QB needed 86 to pass Vick’s previous 6,109 record.
So what did Lamar do? Rushing for six yards in a red zone play to set up a third and one, Baltimore’s bonafide stud officially passed Vick and took over as the league’s best rushing QB of all time.
Not bad for a dude who humbly bragged about jogging when told that he had just recorded the fastest run of his career in the same game last night.

But seriously though, is there anything Jackson can’t do? Look up “Lamar Jackson stats,” it’s like he’s impossible to stop.
Say It With Me, Jackson MVP!
For the past couple of weeks, the debate on who deserves this season’s MVP award has been taking over most NFL news outlets. With Josh Allen and Saquon Barkley spearheading this three-way race alongside Jackson, it’s becoming impossible not to take part in dishing out an opinion on who deserves the award more.

I, of course, decided to participate in said debate, stating my case on why Jackson should be this season’s MVP because who are we kidding here? There’s a reason Jackson has won this award twice already, including last season, and it’s borderline dumbfounding that his betting odds to repeat as winner aren’t higher.
But don’t mind me, that’s just my opinion. As well as 99% of all football fans as well.
In short, if yesterday’s record-breaking performance can leave us with anything, it’s that if Lamar does not win the MVP again this year, rioting could occur.

Make the right call NFL. Please make the right call.
How Long Until Lamar Takes the Ravens to the Promised Land?
Leaving broken records to the side for a moment, I can’t help but wonder what’s going through Jackson’s mind right now.
Yes, winning MVP could be another career-cementing accolade for Baltimore’s superstar. But does he have it in him to take the next step and lead the Ravens to a Super Bowl win?
Based solely on talent, this Baltimore squad has everything needed to be considered NFL picks and predictions favorites, especially with Lamar balling out week in and week out. In a way, it would be the perfect storybook finish to his season, allowing him to prove every single hater wrong.

But what if the competition proves to be too much in the AFC? Does he have what it takes to take down Allen and Mahomes in the playoffs? Today, I’m buying into believing he can, and so should you.
