With six weeks remaining of the NFL regular-season schedule, get ready to watch plenty of must-see football. Week 12 was entertaining with a couple of back-and-forth contests on Thanksgiving, and Sunday provided a few upsets. The Baltimore Ravens and Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ losses were particularly surprising and shook up the playoff picture. Next week’s slate of games should be even better with several massive showdowns.

32. Texans

Last Week: 32

The Houston Texans benched quarterback Davis Mills and started Kyle Allen. Unfortunately, the move barely helped Houston as it trailed the Miami Dolphins 30-0 at halftime. When the Texans fall behind, their offense is putrid since they can rarely utilize rookie running back Dameon Pierce. Houston has lost six consecutive games and will face its former QB, Deshaun Watson, in Week 13.

31. Broncos

Last Week: 29

We say it nearly every week, but the Denver Broncos are a disaster. The 23-10 loss to the Carolina Panthers was the worst performance of the season. Late in the fourth quarter, there was a moment on the sideline that perfectly symbolizes how Denver’s season has unfolded. Defensive tackle Mike Purcell ripped into Russell Wilson as the offense stumbled yet again. Expect the Broncos’ three-game losing streak to continue with the Baltimore Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs coming up

30. Bears

Last Week: 30

Without starting QB Justin Fields, the Chicago Bears’ offense was lost. It recorded only 10 points and under 300 yards against the New York Jets’ formidable defense. The offense looked drastically different without Fields’ legs. The defense continues to be one of the league’s worst, allowing over 30 points per game in the last five. The Bears hope to get Fields back for a clash with the Green Bay Packers in Week 13.

  • +100000 Super Bowl odds

29. Panthers

Last Week: 31

After taking down the Denver Broncos, the Carolina Panthers have won two of their last three games. The defense is holding opponents to 12.7 points per game in the last three. Defensive end Brian Burns is red-hot, recording at least one sack in four straight. In addition, quarterback Sam Darnold got his try at starting this week and he played well. Carolina may be one of the NFL’s worst teams, but the Panthers have a hopeful future with defensive stars. Adding a QB in the draft will be the next step.

  • +50000 Super Bowl odds

28. Colts

Last Week: 23

The Indianapolis Colts had their worst game under interim coach Jeff Saturday. In the 24-17 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, Indianapolis’ passing game was disappointing against bad cornerbacks and quarterback Matt Ryan had two turnovers. Also, the run defense had a horrible night despite Pittsburgh missing its top two running backs in the second half. Any longshot playoff hopes for the Colts can officially be put to bed.

  • +50000 Super Bowl odds

27. Rams

Last Week: 24

The Los Angeles Rams were doomed against the Kansas City Chiefs. It’s been a struggle all season and missing starting QB Matthew Stafford is only making it worse. The Rams managed to hang around for a quarter, but ultimately lost 26-10. As expected, Los Angeles rarely moved the ball with 198 yards and the defense surrendered over 400 yards. The Super Bowl hangover could not get worse.

  • +50000 Super Bowl odds

26. Cardinals

Last Week: 22

Following the 25-24 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, quarterback Kyler Murray said the Arizona Cardinals were schematically screwed, except he used more colorful words. Arizona’s run game finally found success on 5.3 yards per carry, but the passing game struggled. Plus, the defense folded by allowing a game-winning drive and two-point conversion in the dwindling seconds. The Cardinals are a mess. Coach Kliff Kingsbury is halfway out of the door.

25. Steelers

Last Week: 27

Not everything was perfect for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 24-17 win over the Colts, but a win is a win. The pass rush has yet to return to form with edge rusher T.J. Watt back from injury. However, the secondary played well despite the lack of pressure. Rookie quarterback Kenny Pickett’s play was the story of the night. He was sharp and displayed good accuracy at times. Most importantly, he avoided turnovers. Plus, the offensive line’s run-blocking continues to improve. Pittsburgh’s scoring totals over the last two weeks are its highest of the season.

  • +50000 Super Bowl odds

24. Saints

Last Week: 21

A loss against the San Francisco 49ers was imminent, but failing to score any points is inexcusable. The New Orleans Saints now hold the bottom spot of the NFC South. The offense’s weekly inconsistencies are too much to overcome. It has the potential to be good, as we saw in Week 11’s 27-point outing. Then, quarterback Andy Dalton delivered a stinker one week later while the run game was shut down. At 4-8, New Orleans should consider tanking for a quarterback.

  • +25000 Super Bowl odds

23. Packers

Last Week: 19

This season is a lost cause for the Green Bay Packers. Since beating the Dallas Cowboys, Green Bay has lost two straight, including Sunday night’s 40-33 loss against the Philadelphia Eagles. The offense held its own in the first half against a great defense, but the run defense had an all-time bad performance, yielding 363 rushing yards. Perhaps the biggest positive was backup QB Jordan Love’s solid play after Aaron Rodgers went out with an injury.

  • +25000 Super Bowl odds

22. Browns

Last Week: 28

The Cleveland Browns could be the most unpredictable team in the NFL. After dominating the Bengals, Cleveland was easily defeated by the Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills in back-to-back weeks. The Browns responded by taking down the Buccaneers, which was on a two-game winning streak. Cleveland dominated the run game and allowed only seven points in the second half. In Week 13, Watson will return from suspension as the Browns take on his former team, the Texans.

  • +15000 Super Bowl odds

21. Raiders

Last Week: 26

After winning their second straight game in overtime, maybe the Las Vegas Raiders have finally figured out how to finish. You couldn’t miss running back Josh Jacobs’ unbelievable day, as he posted a whopping 229 rushing yards and 74 receiving yards. His 86-yard rushing touchdown in overtime sealed the win. Jacobs is in store for a big payday in the offseason after a terrific season.

20. Falcons

Last Week: 20

The Atlanta Falcons could have taken the lead in the NFC South with a win, but lost 19-13 to the Washington Commanders. The offense’s play-calling is puzzling. In Week 10, Atlanta did not run the ball enough. The Falcons seemed to learn their lesson a week later, attempting 33 runs in the 27-24 win over the Bears. This week, the offense went back to passing too often. Atlanta ranks third in carries per game. The offense must stick with its identity, which is when the Falcons have the most success.

  • +20000 Super Bowl odds

19. Jaguars

Last Week: 25

The Jacksonville Jaguars come off perhaps their best win of the season. In the 28-27 victory over the Baltimore Ravens, quarterback Trevor Lawrence showed why he’s considered a franchise cornerstone. He was lights out in the fourth quarter and led a game-winning drive. The Jags converted a two-point conversion to take the lead with 14 seconds remaining. Will Jacksonville pull off more surprise wins with upcoming games against the Tennessee Titans and Cowboys?

  • +15000 Super Bowl odds

18. Lions

Last Week: 18

The Detroit Lions were close to shocking the NFL world with an upset over the Bills. The defense could not hold in the final seconds as Buffalo drilled a game-winning field goal. Still, this is massive progress for the Lions. After winning three straight, Detroit went toe-to-toe with one of the league’s best teams on a national stage. The Lions could reach seven wins, and they possess the Rams’ top-five draft pick.

  • +25000 Super Bowl odds

17. Giants

Last Week: 17

One of the NFL’s best stories has quickly turned sour. The New York Giants have lost two in a row and three of their last four. With several key players out with injuries, the Giants were severely outmatched against the Cowboys. New York hung tough in the first half, but Dallas scored 21 unanswered points in the second, handing the Giants a 28-20 loss. New York’s red zone defense has declined and running back Saquon Barkley has been under 60 rushing yards in three of the last four. If the Giants lose to the Commanders next week, they will be at the bottom of the NFC East.

  • +15000 Super Bowl odds

16. Buccaneers

Last Week: 11

After the defense played well for a pair of weeks, it got steamrolled by the Cleveland Browns’ run game. Plus, the offense completely disappeared in the second half and overtime with six consecutive punts to end the game. The 5-6 Tampa Bay Buccaneers are extremely fortunate to be in the weak NFC South, but they still have little separation from the Falcons in the divisional standings. The injuries of right tackle Tristan Wirfs and safety Antoine Winfield Jr. will be big factors going forward.

15. Patriots

Last Week: 13

Allowing 33 points to the Vikings is concerning, but the New England Patriots’ offense made huge strides. Quarterback Mac Jones had his best performance of the season with a 119.8 passer rating and 382 passing yards. New England fell short, losing 33-26. Overall, the passing game’s improvement is encouraging and the Patriots remain in the playoff picture.

  • +10000 Super Bowl odds

14. Seahawks

Last Week: 9

Maybe the Seattle Seahawks are not good after all. They have lost back-to-back games, including this week’s 40-34 OT loss to the Raiders. The defense ranks 30th in allowed yards per game. When the offense struggles, like in Week 10’s loss to the Buccaneers, Seattle is in trouble. Plus, the defense can lose games single-handedly. At 6-5, the Seahawks are currently out of the playoffs.

  • +6000 Super Bowl odds

13. Jets

Last Week: 16

In the 31-10 win over the Chicago Bears, the New York Jets had their highest scoring total since Oct. 9. Quarterback Mike White looked remarkably better than Zach Wilson and added balance to the offense. Of course, we should tamper our expectations as the Jets played the Chicago Bears. We will see how improved the Jets’ offense really is next week against the Bills.

  • +8000 Super Bowl odds

12. Chargers

Last Week: 15

Thanks to a game-winning drive and successful two-point conversion with seconds left on the clock, the Los Angeles Chargers escaped Arizona with a win. Quarterback Justin Herbert shined and the secondary held strong. However, there are still many concerns in Los Angeles. The run game remains inconsistent and the Chargers have one of the NFL’s worst run defenses. With a favorable upcoming schedule, Los Angeles can sneak into the playoffs. At 6-5, the Chargers have little room for error.

  • +4500 Super Bowl odds

11. Titans

Last Week: 12

We know what the Tennessee Titans are. They want to play a physical game and dominate the trenches. Tennessee leans on the run and lacks a consistent passing game. Losing to the Cincinnati Bengals is acceptable but the manner in which it happened is concerning. The Titans lost the line of scrimmage battle with only 63 rushing yards and the pass rush did not do enough. The Titans will need to get back to smash-mouth football against the Eagles in Week 13.

10 Commanders

Last Week: 13

It wasn’t pretty but the Washington Commanders found a way to grab their third straight win. The defense continues to carry the load as cornerback Kyle Fuller grabbed a game-winning interception with 1:03 on the clock. Thanks to a solid run game, quarterback Taylor Heinicke can get the job done by being a game manager. If the Commanders’ secondary continues this level of play, Washington will be in the playoffs.

  • +8000 Super Bowl odds

9. Ravens

Last Week: 6

The Baltimore Ravens had a horrible weekend. A fourth-quarter collapse against the Jacksonville Jaguars was bad enough. Baltimore’s defense was hitting its stride going into Week 12 but struggled against Jacksonville, especially versus the pass. To make matters worse, the Bengals won, which means the Ravens’ lead in the standings has been erased. Baltimore cannot afford to slip again, especially with a favorable upcoming schedule.

  • +1600 Super Bowl odds

8. Bengals

Last Week: 10

Despite numerous injuries, the Cincinnati Bengals are 5-1 over their last six. Quarterback Joe Burrow is playing at an MVP level while the offensive line is steadily improving. Cincinnati is averaging 29.5 points in the last six games. This is a team no one wants to see right now, especially with wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase likely returning from injury this week. The AFC North title is still within the Bengals’ grasp as they battle the Chiefs on Dec. 4.

  • +1800 Super Bowl odds

7. Vikings

Last Week: 8

Following the terrible 40-3 loss to the Cowboys, the Minnesota Vikings tallied their ninth win of the season. The offense was back to normal as Kirk Cousins threw for 299 yards and Justin Jefferson totaled 139 receiving yards. After the 33-26 win over the Patriots, Minnesota still has a shot at securing the NFC’s top seed. The Vikings’ toughest remaining games are against the Jets and Packers.

  • +1600 Super Bowl odds

6. Dolphins

Last Week: 7

NFL teams rarely bench their starters before the fourth quarter. On Sunday, the Miami Dolphins put on an absolute clinic against the Houston Texans and pulled the starters in the third quarter. Miami came away with a 30-15 win, but the 30-0 halftime score showed enough. The defense generated turnovers, including a scoop-and-score from cornerback Xavien Howard. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa continued to look sharp and now holds +550 odds to win the MVP award. Miami has a showdown with the San Francisco 49ers in Week 13.

5. Cowboys

Last Week: 5

The Dallas Cowboys started slow on Thanksgiving, causing some worries. They quickly turned it around by outscoring the Giants 21-7 in the second half. Since Dak Prescott’s return from injury, Dallas has had one of the NFL’s top-scoring offenses, averaging 33.8 points over the last five games. The Cowboys are legit Super Bowl contenders and could get better with the potential addition of wideout Odell Beckham Jr. and the return of left tackle Tyron Smith from injury.

  • +900 Super Bowl odds

4. 49ers

Last Week: 4

Week 12 was business as usual for the San Francisco 49ers. The defense turned in an incredible performance against the Saints with a shutout. On offense, the run game averaged only 3.3 yards per carry and QB Jimmy Garoppolo led the way with another solid performance. The 49ers are rolling on a four-game winning streak with the Miami Dolphins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers as their next two opponents.

  • +600 Super Bowl odds

3. Bills

Last Week: 3

The Buffalo Bills knew they were in for a fight against the Lions on Thanksgiving. Kicker Tyler Bass knocked through a 45-yard field goal with two seconds on the clock to win the game. Buffalo still has several concerns going forward. Quarterback Josh Allen was up and down with an interception and an 80.8 passer rating. The run game got it going, but the secondary is still a weakness. Cornerback Tre’Davious White finally returned with 16 snaps. Once he gets fully healthy, the pass defense will get a major boost.

  • +450 Super Bowl odd

2. Eagles

Last Week: 2

Quarterback Jalen Hurts’ 157 rushing yards were the most by a QB in franchise history. Running back Miles Sanders joined the fun with 143 yards. It feels like the Philadelphia Eagles can attack any team’s weakness. The Packers lacked the discipline to stop Hurts’ legs, so Philly attacked it all night long. The Eagles are well on their way to winning the NFC East and earning the conference’s top seed.

  • +575 Super Bowl odds

1. Chiefs

Last Week: 1

The Kansas City Chiefs hold on to the top spot this week, and it could stay that way for the rest of the way. Kansas City’s toughest remaining game will be against the Bengals on Dec. 4. The Chiefs will have revenge on their mind as the offense comes off another 400-yard performance. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes could become the runaway favorite for MVP honors (-150) by outdueling Burrow, another MVP contender.
