Super Bowl 57 Prop of the Day: Don’t Overlook the Chiefs’ Rushing Props

There is no denying the Kansas City Chiefs have one of the most formidable offenses in the NFL, thanks to the one-two combo of Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce. But bettors who focus solely on these two stars are leaving a lot of meat on the bone. Our Super Bowl Bet for today shifts focus elsewhere.

Let’s check the latest Super Bowl picks, stats, injury reports, and Super Bowl odds. We’ve got plenty of Super Bowl lines for you to consider.

With Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce headlining the show in Kansas City, its rushing game often gets overlooked. I will not make that mistake with Isiah Pacheco and his beatable prop for 52½ rushing yards.

Pacheco may not be a household name yet, but a big game on Super Bowl Sunday will change that.

The rookie out of Rutgers leads the Chiefs with 170 rushing attempts, 830 yards, and five touchdowns. While those numbers aren’t going to win any records, it’s important to understand that Pacheco hardly saw any playing time from Week 1 until Week 9.

From Week 9 onward, Pacheco surpassed 13 carries in seven straight games and scored four touchdowns.

He scampered for 96 yards in the AFC Divisional Playoffs against the Jacksonville Jaguars and 64 the week before against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Pacheco eclipsed 52½ yards in eight of his previous 10 games and is up against a very average Philadelphia Eagles rushing defense, one that may have been lulled into a false state of security after easy wins in both rounds of the playoffs.

During the regular season, the Eagles defense allowed the 24th most yards per rush (4.6) and the 15th most rushing yards per game (119.3).

This will be the most crucial game of Pacheco’s career, and I’m betting he will make a name for himself on the NFL’s biggest stage. Our Super Bowl prediction has Pecheco going over this total.
