AFC South Week 15 NFL Betting Predictions: Top Prop Picks & Plays

The AFC South looks a bit different than normal this week, as one team plays on Saturday and we have a matchup between the Houston Texans and Tennessee Titans that’ll feature veteran Case Keenum against Will Levis. Beyond that, the Jacksonville Jaguars are featured in primetime as the Sunday Night Football matchup, and overall, there are some tough matchups on the board.

That said, a few prop bets jump out as great potential angles to target, so we’re going to dive right in and breakdown the best of the bunch.

Here’s a look at some NFL odds to consider!

Will Levis Keeps Putting Up Solid Passing Yards

Levis was a tough overtime loss to the Colts away from three consecutive victories but has led the team to two wins in its past three games. In the last two games, Levis has thrown for 224 and 327 passing yards, setting him up for a potentially great spot against a Texans team that’s allowed 3,410 yards and 14 touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks.

While this game will be a tough one for the Titans, as the Houston Texans defense will need to step up with quarterback CJ Stroud out (among others), I like this spot a lot as a headliner one of the best prop bets out of the AFC South. Levis over/under for yards is set at just 205½ and if he continues playing the way he did the past two weeks, this should be one of the top Las Vegas NFL picks of the week.

NFL Pick: Will Levis over 205½ passing yards (-114)

Noah Brown To Clear Receiving Total

While both Nico Collins and Noah Brown are questionable this week, both appear to be at least close to playing, with it appearing likely Brown does indeed suit up. If that’s how it plays out, it’d be close to ideal. Brown playing out of the slot would be the ideal result here, but with Case Keenum under center for the Texans, I expect he’ll receive plenty of targets as a safety valve for the veteran quarterback.

And after Brown failed to convert any of his five targets last week, it’s helped to keep his over/under down heading into this week. Brown faces a Titans defense that’s allowed 2,337 yards and 12 touchdowns to opposing wide receivers. In turn, Brown is set up for a great spot and should thrive if he’s able to go.

NFL Pick: Noah Brown over 36½ receiving yards (-114)

Calvin Ridley’s Time To Shine for Jaguars

With Christian Kirk sidelined, it means that this is a spot for Calvin Ridley to once again showcase the tremendous upside he’s flashed at times this season. And there’s no better place to do it than in primetime. While the Baltimore Ravens are a tough matchup, the Jacksonville Jaguars are at home on Sunday Night Football, and we know Ridley has the upside to explode at any moment.

Ridley in primetime against a Ravens defense that’s allowed 1,820 yards and eight touchdowns, shows they’ve given up some yardage to good receivers this year. I think this is the spot to target Ridley and with an over/under set at less than 50 total receiving yards, I’m leaning in on him here to get the job done.

NFL Pick: Calvin Ridley over 47½ receiving yards (-114)
