With Bo Nix playing out of his skin at quarterback for the Denver Broncos, they are easily good enough to cover the -5½ spread against AFC North cellar dweller Browns. Cleveland comes off a win over the Steelers, but we weren’t overly impressed.

It was played in snowy conditions, and although the Browns did better under the circumstances, we can’t see them playing with the same intensity at altitude in Denver. Therefore, bettors should be confident of the Broncos covering the spread.

Per Browns vs Broncos betting stats, Nix has thrown for 11 touchdowns against only one interception in his last three. The Broncos are shooting for three consecutive wins after beaten the Falcons and Raiders. They were solid wins, including one on the road last week, and returning home only helps their chances.

Their only recent losses came on the road to the Chiefs and Ravens. They pushed the Chiefs close when losing 16-14. So anything close to that effort is enough to put the Browns away by double digits.
