Back Cowboys, Commanders Props in NFL Lines This Week

The battle for the NFC East crown will come down to the last week of the regular season, as the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles, two of the top squads in our odds to win the NFC conference list, battle it out against the Washington Commanders and New York Giants, respectively.

With the Cowboys and Eagles in a heated battle not only for the divisional title but also the second NFC playoff seed, NFL betting odds fans can be assured that there won’t be a lack of action this Sunday.

For now, let’s break down the top NFC East prop bets to be targeting this weekend.

Pick CeeDee To Pop Again 90+ Yards (-113)

Every time I’ve backed taking a CeeDee Lamb prop bet, it has paid off in great dividends. What can I say? I guess I’m a believer in Lamb thinking he is the best receiver in the league.

Does that mean I think he’s the best receiver in the game?

No, but I’m a believer he can think what he wants about his game, especially if he can prove it and make NFL betting lines fans win a few bucks here and there on his props.

As Dallas enters a must-win game against Washington, I would seriously expect Lamb to come out looking to pop from the get-go.

Being a favorite in our Offensive Player of the Year odds list, Lamb could really use a standout performance to try and cement his status as one of the best, if not the best receivers in the NFL this season.

Even if Dallas runs up the score quickly, thus deciding to rest its starters for a large part of the game, as long as Lamb is on the field, I am willing to bet that he’ll beat his over in receiving yards with ease. It’s one of the best football bets this week, and one nobody should skip on.

NFL Pick: CeeDee Lamb Over 89.5 Receiving Yards (-113)

Roll with Howell Going Over In His Passing Yards 215.5+ (-114)

Remember in week 12 when the Cowboys blew out the Commanders, 45-10? It came as no surprise to NFL betting fans that Dallas manhandled Washington.

In spite of all that, if there was one bright spot for Commanders fans to remember, it was how QB Sam Howell performed. Passing the ball a total of 44 times for 300 yards, Howell proved that he had enough gas in his tank to take a proverbial beating and still keep rolling.

In this weekend’s season finisher at home, I’m all for going with Howell beating his over in passing yards, as the total is set at a low 215.5 yards in our sportsbook.

With nothing left to lose, and, a loss meaning Washington could further strengthen its push for landing the No. 2 spot in next year’s NFL draft, I can see the Commanders giving Howell a bit more freedom to move around, thus allowing him to fling the ball.

It’s a given the Cowboys are going to win this game. With our NFL betting spread for this matchup showing Dallas as 13-point favorites, it doesn’t take a genius to see Washington has little to no chance of winning here.

With that said, taking Howell’s prop in passing yards could end up being a good bet.

NFL Pick: Sam Howell Over 215.5 Passing Yards (-114)
