This week’s Monday Night Football matchup between the Cincinnati Bengals and Dallas Cowboys pits two struggling teams against each other in a game that might make you miss your bedtime, but we’ve got a same game parlay to keep things interesting.
We’re riding with the favored Bengals to cover the 5½-point spread and the over 49½ points because, frankly, the Cowboys’ defense leaks points like a rusty bucket, and Joe Burrow is tired of his team wasting his efforts.

2 Bengals vs Cowboys Best MNF Bets
1.Cincinnati Bengals -5½
The NFL news is not great for Dallas. Let’s face it: the Cowboys have been more “America’s Disappointment” than anything else.
Quarterback Cooper Rush has been serviceable, but his 7-3 ATS record doesn’t scare a Bengals offense that’s putting up 35 points per game in its last four contests. Dallas’ defense gives up the third-most points per game in the league (28.3), and Cincinnati thrives against weak defenses, averaging 33.6 points against bottom-10 units this season.

Cincinnati quarterback Joe Burrow might have nightmares about his offensive line, but his weapons — Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd — are too much for the Cowboys’ secondary to handle.
This is a must-win for the Bengals, and the Cowboys’ 1-5 home record won’t help. Expect Burrow to carve them up while Dallas’ offense struggles to keep pace, making Cincinnati a top bet online you should make on this game.

2. Bengals vs Cowboys Over 49½ Points
Neither of these teams has a defense to brag about. Cincinnati ranks 31st in points allowed per game (28.3), and Dallas isn’t far behind.
Add to this the Bengals’ red-zone offense, which converts at a 71.1% touchdown rate, and the Cowboys’ red zone defense, which ranks dead last in the NFL. Spoiler alert: Both teams will spend plenty of time in the end zone.
The Bengals have hit the over in nine of their 12 games, and the Cowboys’ recent games have been scoring bonanzas as well. If you love points — and who doesn’t? — this game has all the ingredients for a shootout.
Don’t expect a defensive stand; expect touchdowns galore and the game to surpass the NFL odds on the total of 49½ points.
