We’ve entered the second half of the NFL season, and the race to the playoffs is heating up. Our focus today is on the NFC West, which features two teams tied atop the division standings: the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks.
Instead of picking sides, totals, or NFL spreads, I wanted to explore a couple of player props from the NFC West that could enhance your Week 10 betting card.

Cardinals: Bet on Murray’s Legs
The big news out of Arizona this week is the return of starting QB Kyler Murray, who hasn’t played in an NFL game in almost a year after suffering an ACL injury in December 2022. The dual-threat QB will need to be at his best if he hopes to inspire a team that went 1-12 while he was injured.
Full disclosure: There is no way to predict accurately how this game will pan out for Murray. It’s been a long time since Murray stepped on the field during a game, and much has changed for the Cardinals. Arizona has a new head coach, and a new offense, and with limited practice time, I don’t fully trust Murray to shine under center.
But that doesn’t mean he lacks NFL betting value. On the contrary, in fact.
Because Murray will likely struggle in the passing game, he needs to use his legs to get him out of more than one jam. After losing two of his best linemen last week, it’s a good bet that Murray will be running for his life a fair bit on Sunday.
The only thing that could hold Murray back from cashing this bet is a potential unwillingness to put too much strain on his repaired knee.

My second of my NFL prop bets for November 12 is one I’ve made nine times already this season and have yet to lose once. Niners RB Christian McCaffrey to score a TD has been good to me. Had I bet the prop in Week 1 and let my profits ride, I probably would be on the beach instead of writing about him in Week 10. You know what they say about hindsight. But wins are wins, and CMC has yet to disappoint us in 2023.
McCaffrey’s TD streak extends back 17 weeks to last season and has him tied for the most in NFL history with Lenny Moore of the Baltimore Orioles.
With the NFL odds at -251 for this prop, you will want to parlay it with something else, like the Murray prop above.

As for the 49ers, they will want him to break this record for the Franchise and will feed him balls in the red zone until he makes it 18 straight weeks.
