Football season is back in full swing and it’s time to map out your NFL weekend games (Predictions, Picks, Parlay, Odds). I’ve got two easy locks for you, and before I spill the beans, just know this isn’t a joke. Remember, my job is to help line your pockets with as many presidents as I can. Your next NFC West bets should be on the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks.
But before we get into the nitty-gritty, keep an eye on the spreads and lines. Week 2 is packed with divisional rivalries, playoff rematches and underdog showdowns. It’s the perfect chance to make your NFL futures betting picks count, and these two NFC West teams are your cash-out kings for the weekend. Pull up a chair — it’s time to talk numbers.
2 Best Week 2 NFC West Bets
1. Seahawks -3 at Patriots
As much as I’d love to believe the New England Patriots could pull off a win, I just don’t see it happening. Despite a jaw-dropping performance by the Patriots on the road against a healthy Joe Burrow and the Bengals, Geno Smith and the Seahawks have hit their stride and picked up right where they left off at the end of last season. The Seahawks have now won four of their last five games, stretching back to their victory over the Eagles on Dec. 19.
At this rate, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Seattle emerge as a dangerous playoff threat come January. In the opener against Denver, Geno Smith threw for 171 yards and rushed for 30 while running back Kenneth Walker III added 103 rushing yards and a touchdown. Plus, veteran receivers DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett also made their presence felt.

Although the Patriots held Cincinnati to just 70 rushing yards and 154 passing yards, Seattle’s offensive firepower is likely to blow past New England’s defense in Foxborough. Hats off to the Patriots for their season-opening win, but Seattle’s coming in to steal the show.
Bank on Seattle to hit the road and beat New England outright by more than three points to cover the NFL betting line.

2. 49ers (-6) at Vikings
After shutting down the overhyped Jets (yeah, you heard me, Jets fans) in their season opener, Brock Purdy and the 49ers are heading to Minnesota for their first road game of the season.
The Vikings might have hammered my Giants, but the 49ers are ready to give them a taste of their own medicine.
It doesn’t matter if Sam Darnold looked great in his season debut, the Vikings are outmatched against the 49ers’ offense. Don’t believe me? Just look at Monday night’s game against the Jets. San Francisco wasted no time reminding everyone why they were the top team in the NFC last season.
As usual, Brock Purdy had a great game, finishing with 231 yards and connecting with Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk, George Kittle and Jauan Jennings whenever he wanted. Even though this group of receivers didn’t score any touchdowns, they still dominated and had the Jets’ defense in a blender. I mean, how do you stop four of the league’s best receivers, two of them being consecutive Pro Bowl selections?
And let’s not forget the 49ers’ defense, which kept Aaron Rodgers under 200 passing yards and made him throw a pick. If San Francisco can handle Rodgers, pressuring Vikings QB “Sammy D” (Darnold), should be a piece of cake.
You’d better grab your cash because this is the steal of the week. Bet on the 49ers to wipe the floor with the Vikings in Minnesota as their NFL odds to win Super Bowl just keep looking better.
