Bills-Bengals Odds: Top Four Props
- Total Touchdowns in the Game
- Team To Score Longest Touchdown
- Highest Scoring Quarter
- Game Total Points Range
Total Touchdowns in the Game
The Bills average 3.2 touchdowns a game. The Bengals average 3.1. Add that and it’s over six touchdowns for this game. The sportsbook is weighing these teams’ explosive offenses over its top-10 defenses with a lofty 5½ touchdown total. That’s a fair number as Allen and Burrow alone are defense-proof.
Allen is also dynamite on Monday night. He’s thrown 18 touchdowns to just two picks in six appearances. Burrow had a rough MNF debut on Halloween. But he still threw two touchdowns. Buffalo’s defense tends to yield points to elite quarterbacks so expect plenty of TDs here.
Pick: Over 5½ TDs (-115)
With this TD pass, Josh Allen just passed Dan Marino for the most combined passing and rushing touchdowns by a player in his first five seasons in NFL history.

Team to Score Longest Touchdown
While Allen is arguably the more talented quarterback here, there is no question that Cincinnati has the advantage in pass catchers. Any receiver from the Bengals’ three-headed monster consisting of Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd can blow up. Each has had a reception of at least 59 yards.
While Gabriel Davis has a 98-yard reception and Stefon Diggs is likely to haul in a long bomb, it is more likely that the biggest play of the game will go to Cincinnati. As such, they’re the right side to bet online here.
Pick: Bengals -115
Highest Scoring Quarter
Teams like Buffalo and Cincinnati tend to score a lot of points during the second and fourth quarters. That’s why the two are the favorites as far as NFL predictions are concerned. We’ll roll on the fourth here as, keeping with the “epic game” theme, there will be plenty of back-and-forth in the final 15 minutes.
Buffalo averages nearly 6.5 points in every fourth quarter as a visitor while the Bengals put up around 5.3 as a host. That’s nearly 12 points between the two. We’re also ignoring the fact that their defenses allow a combined 6.7 points during the final quarter. It’s because they have not faced these quarterbacks yet.
Pick: Fourth Quarter +180
Game Total Points Range
We predicted a game total hovering around 57-ish points between Buffalo and Cincinnati. That is already nearly eight points above the 49½ total. But why not go bigger? Betting for the total to go over 61 points pays out nearly 5-1. That’s a decent line considering what we’re working with.
Maybe it’s wishful thinking given neither Buffalo nor Cincinnati allows more than 18 points as a defense. You also factor in the fact these are two of the best ball-possession teams, ranking seventh and first when playing as a visitor and host, respectively. But we can slash these stats as the stakes, the spotlight and the trash talk will have these teams slinging haymakers.
Pick: 61-70 Pts +470
