NFL Same Game Parlay Picks Today

Bank on a high-scoring matchup when the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills meet in the playoffs for the fourth time in five seasons. Their games have tended to go over the totals, which is the theme of our NFL parlay picks for Sunday’s AFC Championship Game.
While KC and Buffalo boast staunch defenses, we can’t bet against their quarterbacks. Count on Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen to lead their teams to prolific scoring totals.

4 Bills vs Chiefs Same-Game Parlay Picks
1. Chiefs Over 24.5 Points
The Chiefs only averaged 22.6 points this season. But it’s the playoffs and while they are no longer as explosive as previous seasons, we’re still betting online on them to score 25+ points. Kansas City has scored 25+ points in five of its last eight playoff games. It scored 27 against Buffalo last time they met in the postseason a year ago.
Kansas City can also get going against a Bills defense that has gotten lit up occasionally. Buffalo has the third-worst rate at stopping third-down conversions at 43.8%. Its red-zone defense is also ranked 16th with opponents scoring on 57.4% of their drives inside the 20, per Bills vs Chiefs stats.
The Bills are also dealing with injuries. Taylor Rapp and Christian Benford are banged up on the secondary and may not play. Buffalo forced critical mistakes from Baltimore in the Divisional Round. But the Chiefs have been error-free in eight straight contests. Buffalo will be hard-pressed to contain Kansas City. Parlay the Chiefs to score 25+ points.
Parlay Pick: KC Total Points Over 24.5 (-105)
2. Bills vs Chiefs Over 47.5 Points
If the Chiefs score 25+, the total going over 47.5 points may be a solid NFL parlay piece. We can also count on Buffalo to cover its end of the offense. The Bills have scored 24+ points against the Chiefs in six of their last seven meetings. As such, the total has gone over in five of these occasions. These teams averaged 52.3 points during this span (overtime deducted).
Allen has not posted gaudy stats against the Chiefs in playoff matchups, but he’ll still move the chains for Buffalo. The Bills have the second-best fourth-down conversion rate (72.7%) and red-zone TD rate (71.6%), per NFL betting trends. They are much more versatile on offense. The winner of this game could go on to win the Super Bowl.
The Chiefs only give up 19.2 points per game this season. But they also gave up 30 to Buffalo, which ended their bid for an undefeated season. They may not give up 30+ here but will allow enough for us to bet online on the over.
Parlay Pick: Total Points Over 47.5 (-110)

3. Travis Kelce Anytime Touchdown
To bring home this three-legger, parlay Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce to score a touchdown. Kelce has been unstoppable against Buffalo, making him a strong NFL prediction to score. With five touchdowns in three playoff games versus the Bills and nine TDs in his last 11 games, Kelce is a prime target.
Adding a Kelce TD will push this parlay’s odds upwards of +300 and that’s worth a shot.
Parlay Pick: Travis Kelce – 1+ TDs
4. Prop: Both Teams to Score Over 19.5 Points (-114)
There is only one game in their last seven where a team failed to hit 20 points. This was the 20-17 victory from Buffalo in a regular-season meeting in Kansas City in December 2023. The teams had three turnovers and a late controversial call nullified a late Chiefs touchdown. Otherwise, this NFL prop pick would have cashed in every other game.
It’s hard to see either team failing to score 20+ points here. The Bills have given up 20+ points in eight of their last 11 games, including the last four on the road. Bet this prop while it’s at pick’em lines.
