Moneyline: Broncos (4-8) | Panthers (4-8)
The Denver Broncos have lost four of their last five games, but come into this matchup off a hard-fought 22-16 road loss to Kansas City last weekend. Drew Lock passed for 151 yards and threw two TD passes, but the strong-armed quarterback also tossed two costly interceptions.
Lock’s 13 interceptions lead the AFC and are two behind Carson Wentz’s league-leading 15. In his two-year career, Lock has thrown 16 touchdown passes and 16 interceptions while starting 14 games and missing 14 due to injury or COVID-19 exposure
Carolina put up a great effort but came up just short in their crushing 28-27 road loss to Minnesota on Sunday. Veteran quarterback Teddy Bridewater passed for 267 yards with one touchdown and one interception while wide receiver Robby Anderson caught four passes for 94 yards and one score. Bridgewater is a modest 181 yards away from his second career 3,000-yard season while Anderson is one of just two receivers with at least four catches in every game this season.
While the Panthers have lost eight of their last 10 home games, Denver is 4-12 SU in its last 16 road games. More importantly, Teddy Bridgewater is by far, the better quarterback in this Week 14 interconference clash.

Point Spread: Broncos (7-5) | Panthers (7-5)
The Broncos are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games following a straight up loss and 6-2 ATS in their last eight games against a team with a losing record. While Carolina has gone an uninspiring 2-7-1 ATS in their last 10 home games, the Panthers are also a robust 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games overall.
Let’s check out the hottest and coldest ATS teams in the league heading into Week 14.
Again, with Bridgewater being the better quarterback – and Panthers head coach Matt Rhule also better than Broncos counterpart Vic Fangio, Carolina looks like the team to back in this matchup!

Pick: Carolina to Cover
Over/Under 45½ points: Broncos (5-7) | Panthers (6-6)
The Under is 4-0 in Denver’s last four games and 11-4 in their last 15 games in the month of December. While the Over is 5-1 in Carolina’s last six games in the month of December, the Under is 4-1 in the Panthers’ last five home games.
Which teams are playing Over and Under the Total consistently? Find out right here!
The Panthers have put at least 20 points on the board in four straight games while Denver has been held to 16 points or less in three of its last four games while scoring a grand total of 19 points over their last two games combined. Simply put, I’m expecting this matchup to be a relatively low-scoring affair.
