Chiefs vs Browns NFL Week 15 Picks and Odds: Bet KC ML and ATS December 15

The Kansas City Chiefs have not rewarded bettors with a winning NFL spread bet since mid-October and look to change that with a more decisive performance on Sunday against the host Cleveland Browns.

The Browns continue to be a major disappointment with four losses in the past five games. However, they have surprised two likely playoff teams at home – Pittsburgh and Baltimore.

Can Cleveland muster another effort like those two? The weather is always an issue this time of year in Ohio, so check late NFL news.

Chiefs vs Browns ML, ATS and Over/Under Picks

1. Kansas City Chiefs ATS -4

Despite having the best record in the league, Kansas City can’t be pleased with all the close games it has had to endure of late.

The Chiefs won the last two games 19-17 and needed a walk-off field goal to win at Carolina three weeks ago. Kansas City has not won by more than a touchdown since a 28-18 triumph in San Francisco on Oct. 20.

While winning has become a habit for the Chiefs, they are certainly due to win a game by more than a few points. Isiah Pacheco is getting healthier after rushing for 99 yards total in two games since his return from injury, giving Kansas City great balance.

The Chiefs just don’t give up much – sixth best in yards against, seventh in scoring defense in the league – which allows their offense time to win the game. Kansas City is also winning despite a -4 turnover margin.

The Chiefs are just a 4-point underdog, making them a great NFL pick against the spread.

2. Kansas City Chiefs ML (-210)

Jameis Winston has certainly given a boost to the Cleveland offense since taking over for injured Deshaun Watson. However, Winston’s aggressiveness often leads to mistakes.

Winston has 13 touchdown passes and nine interceptions – six and five the past two games – and is averaging 315.3 passing yards in the last six contests. Without much of a rushing attack (30th in the league), the Browns have opened up the offense for him.

If running back Nick Chubb can get going and Winston avoids the big mistakes, perhaps Cleveland can keep it close. The Browns defense – aside from Myles Garrett (11 sacks) – has just not been as good as it was last season.

Expect Cleveland to keep it close for a while, but another home upset does not seem a good bet this week. Make sure to include KC in your NFL picks and parlays this Sunday.

3. Chiefs vs Browns Over 43.5

You never know quite what the conditions will be in Cleveland this time of year, which makes the over/under NFL betting line a tough call.

With Winston putting the ball up and all of Kansas City’s weapons, your best call is for a game where the scoreboard operator is busy.

Kareem Hunt (team-best 608 rushing yards, five TDs) returns to Cleveland to partner with Pacheco while tight end Travis Kelce (80 catches, 682 yards) could have a big game against a beatable Browns secondary.

Jerry Jeudy (944 yards receiving) and tight end David Njoku (439) lead the Browns, but both have been banged up. That’s something to watch.
