Dolphins-Bills Odds: Top Six Props
- Anytime Touchdown Scorer
- Skylar Thompson (MIA) Total Interceptions
- Trent Sherfield (MIA) Total Receiving Yards
- Josh Allen (BUF) Longest Completion
- Double Result
- Race To 30 Points
Anytime Touchdown Scorer
There is a smorgasbord of options for Buffalo hence the conservative online sports betting lines. But Stefon Diggs is the favorite to score for a reason. He is Josh Allen’s favorite target and has a penchant for big games. While he has not yet burned Miami this season, he scored in both games against the ‘Phins last year. He’s due for finding paydirt here.
- Pick: Stefon Diggs (BUF) -115
Skylar Thompson (MIA) Total Interceptions
Thompson will join Dan Marino as the only rookie to start a playoff game for the team. Marino threw two touchdowns and two interceptions as Miami lost to Seattle in 1983. We’re not sure Thompson will throw two TDs. But Miami will fall behind early, which will prompt Thompson to keep airing the rock thus increasing his chances of getting intercepted.
- Pick: Over ½ Interceptions -230
Josh Allen (BUF) Longest Completion
Plagued by an elbow injury and turnover issues, Allen has looked sharper in his recent games. On top of that, the 26-year-old plays his best in the postseason. He’s thrown 14 touchdowns to one pick in his last five playoff appearances. Miami gives up 10.8 yards per pass attempt on the road. Allen will shred the Dolphins’ defense and make at least one big throw.
- Picks: Over 36½ Yards -115
Trent Sherfield (MIA) Total Receiving Yards
All the attention will be on the double threat of Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle for Miami. But Thompson may elect to check down many times and that makes slot receiver Trent Sherfield a hot target. At his current line, it’s worth betting online that the receiver catches between three to four passes for at least 20+ yards.
- Picks: Over 15½ Receiving Yards -115
Double Result
As far as easy NFL predictions go, this is Buffalo all the way. Miami is dealing with too many injuries and barely got by the offensively dysfunctional New York Jets to clinch a playoff spot. Buffalo can either shut Miami down with its defense or light them up with the offense. Either way, we expect Buffalo to score early and control the game from start to finish.
- Picks: Bills/Bills -240
Race To 30 Points
The Bills have scored 30+ points in three straight games. We expect that to continue as the Dolphins, who infamously struggle in cold weather games, will be hard-pressed to do much of anything. Buffalo will move the ball and force turnovers to gain extra possessions. Hitting another 30-point mark should not be too difficult for Buffalo and it will do it first.
- Picks: Bills -105
