Week 13 in the NFL presents a series of matchups that may not immediately catch the eye as top candidates for substantial online betting opportunities. However, through the strategic use of NFL teaser bets, there’s an opportunity to amplify the odds and transform them into lucrative wagers.
Come along with me as I break down two games with promising profit potential, perfect for betting on NFL teasers for Week 13.
Week 13 NFL Teaser Picks
NFL Week 13 Teaser Leg No. 1: PHI +9 vs SF
The 10-1 Philadelphia Eagles find themselves in a rare spot on Sunday against the other best team in the NFC, the San Francisco 49ers. The Eagles are underdogs at home, which is kind of crazy when you think about it. It.
If the NFL Vegas betting lines stay where they are, the Niners would become the fourth team in the last 20 years with a 90% or better winning percentage in Week 12 or later to be a home underdog. Two of those four games were due to backup quarterbacks in the final game of the year for said home underdogs. The other was Ben Roethlesberger at +2.5 against Tom Brady and the 2005 New England Patriots.
While I admit the 49ers are an elite team with the best scoring defense, well-deserving of their NFL-best +400 Super Bowl 58 Odds, the Eagles and Jalen Hurts at home are not to be underestimated. When Hurts starts, the Eagles have a 12-1 straight up record at home and are 17-2 as a six-point teaser.
I already covered this game at length in my full breakdown of the matchup I’m most looking forward to in Week 13. Spoiler: I think the Eagles are worth a unit bet to win outright. But, if you are a bit more risk-averse, bumping the Eagles up to +9 on the NFL spread is damn near stealing money.
NFL Week 13 Teaser Leg No 2: JAX -3 vs CIN
The second NFL weekly predictions for six-point teasers features the Jacksonville Jaguars and the disappointing Cincinnati Bengals. Heading into 2023, Cincy had it all and was a legit contender for the Super Bowl. Cut to 12 weeks later, and the Bengals are +9-point underdogs to the Jaguars. That tells you all you need to know about how the Bengals’ season has gone.
Now that Joe Burrow is out after surgery on a torn ligament in his wrist, the Bengals were forced to start undrafted free agent Jake Browning. Even when Burrow was on the field, he was never at 100%, and the Bengals offense looked awful. Last week against the Steelers, Browning failed to take advantage of basically every opportunity, and the Bengals got shut down by Pittsburgh.

The Jaguars have a very good defense, especially against the rush, and I don’t see who the Bengals are going to step up and make plays against Jacksonville. This is a team that was lost even with a top-tier QB under center. Injured or not, Burrow is a light-years better than Browning is. We will see how big that gap is on Monday night; my money is on the Jaguars.
With the spread teased to -3, combined with the Eagles bet above, you have two exceptional plays for NFL teasers.
