3 Best NFL Week 14 Player Prop Bets for the NFC West

1. Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker Under 55.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

Seattle and Arizona rematch with first place in the NFC West at stake. Hence, expect another gritty defensive matchup just like the one from two weeks ago, which only produced 22 total points. The action shifts to Arizona this time and we expect the Cardinals to maintain its stalwart rushing defense led by Kyzir White.

The Cardinals have been terrific at stopping the run. They’ve held five of their last six opponents to under 80 rushing yards. At home, the Cardinals have held four of their six visitors to the same stat. Only the Lions and Commanders have lit up this defense. We’ll rate them much better offensively than the inconsistent Seahawks.

Walker has not been as prolific this season partly due to injuries. His 3.7 yards per carry is a career low and he’s only rushing for 54.2 yards per game. He’s failed to hit 56 rushing yards in six of his last eight games. Bet online on the Cardinals to keep him under 55.5 rushing yards.

Bet on Kenneth Walker Under 55.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

2. Rams WR Puka Nacua Under 77.5 Receiving Yards (-113)

Nacua has been a darling for fantasy football or NFL prop picks. But he’s about to meet his match against Buffalo’s underrated passing defense. A lot of hoopla was said about Buffalo losing three of its best secondary players. We doubted them too. Christian Benford said, “Watch this!” as he anchored Buffalo’s passing defense. He’ll stop Nacua in his tracks too.

Benford has played like an All-Pro cornerback this season. He’s only giving up 5.1 yards per target and an 82.9 passer rating when targeted. Additionally, his average depth of target when targeted as a defender is a career-low 7.0. The third-year pro has excelled in Buffalo’s zone coverage and can hold his own.

Nacua has been a beast and has rarely gone under 90 yards when he’s playing a full game. But he was held to just 56 against New Orleans. The Bills can use a similar coverage as the Saints and be just as effective with Benford on Nacua. We’ll be bold and bet against Nacua’s NFL odds – go under 77.5 receiving yards.

3. 49ers QB Brock Purdy 1+ Interceptions (+100)

Life has been difficult for Purdy and the 49ers. And it gets more grueling against Chicago. The Bears fired Matt Eberflus, which may turn many online sports betting enthusiasts against them. But this is a good thing (unlike the Jets firing Robert Saleh). Eberflus had lost the locker room. The Bears, including the defense, are better off.

Chicago has one of the best passing defenses in the NFL. It’s what kept it in games and why it still has a positive point differential despite losing six straight games. The Bears have forced 19 turnovers, which is the sixth-most in the NFL. They have nine interceptions from this and can force Purdy to throw one.

Purdy has been under siege this season thanks to poor offensive line play. Star running back Christian McCaffrey is also hurt. And now Trent Williams, their best lineman, is likely missing the game. The third-year pro will be under pressure and will make more mistakes than usual. We’re betting on him to throw at least one interception against Chicago.
