The NFL is back… sort of. The NFL preseason kicked off with the Hall of Fame Game last Thursday. Now, all 32 teams are in action this week. Saturday has a healthy helping on top of Canadian football (CFL) and the FIFA Women’s World Cup. It’s football time! Parlay the four best NFL picks along with the CFL and FIFA for a payout greater than 12-1.
Saturday’s Best Bets to Parlay
Women’s World Cup: England (-190) vs Colombia (+650)

England is heavily favored on the soccer lines to get past Colombia for good reason. This team has more firepower up front and has a +7 goal differential. However, the team can also struggle to create scoring opportunities. Nigeria outshot the team and England needed penalty kicks to advance.
Colombia is underrated and has found ways to score. But against England, which will dominate possession here, Colombia will be fortunate to score. The team is the epitome of “hard work” and can make it difficult for England to pull away, however. A 1-0 or 2-0 final for England is a plausible outcome so parlay the total to go under two goals.

Indianapolis, rolling with an Anthony Richardson-Gardner Minshew quarterback tandem, could pull away from Buffalo without its two stars on offense. Shane Steichen could just let his team pile up points against Buffalo’s backup players. However, a storm might throw a wrench in those plans.

There is still a strong chance that the thunderstorm lingers in Western New York. Early NFL news suggests it will be blustery with wind speeds up to 25 miles per hour. As such, passing and kicking might be more difficult. Add the ‘under’ on the parlay.

On paper, the Jets-Panthers game is enticing as it might preview Aaron Rodgers versus first overall pick Bryce Young. But in practice, the four-time MVP might just sit out this game while Young will get just enough snaps to tease his potential. This could be all about the defense. Robert Saleh will have the Jets ready to play like it’s a playoff game.
Carolina still has plenty of things to iron with a new coaching staff and a brand new offense. Scoring points may be hard to come by. Thus, the best NFL pick here is for the game to go under the 37 points the sportsbook has laid out.

Calgary just ended Toronto’s unbeaten record while B.C. got humiliated by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers last week.
