The Atlanta Falcons are a three-point road favorite over the New York Jets. The over-under is set at 33½ points, by far the lowest total of any Week 13 NFL contest. Let’s take a look at our expert NFL picks for this Falcons-Jets matchup.
Atlanta was able to snap a three-game losing streak with a 24-15 victory over New Orleans in Week 12. It was not the cleanest victory for the Falcons, but Jessie Bates’ pick-six changed the trajectory of the NFC South rivalry contest.

Meanwhile, the Jets have lost four straight games with quarterback Tim Boyle making his second start. The bad news for New York is three of these four contests have been complete blowouts.
It was indeed a Black Friday for the Jets with a 34-13 loss against the Miami Dolphins. Boyle was underwhelming in his debut start this season throwing for 179 yards, 2 interceptions and a touchdown.
Here is a look at my NFL predictions for the Falcons-Jets matchup.
Which QB Do We Trust More: Boyle or Ridder?
It is admittedly challenging to go into this contest with an abundance of confidence in either Boyle or Desmond Ridder. Yet, one team is battling to make the playoffs, and another team is counting down the days until Cancun.
Falcons go with a play action shot play to go to Bijan Robinson, but Desmond Ridder comes off of it and instead scrambles for a first down.

You know it’s bad when Aaron Rodgers is even backtracking from potentially returning this season. This comes after months of the hype train rolling about the star making the fastest possible recovery.
This looks to be a challenging matchup for the Jets. Boyle faces a top-10 Falcons defense against the pass.
On the flip side, Atlanta has a chance to have a lot of success on the ground with a plethora of running backs led by Bijan Robinson. New York is giving up the second-most rushing yards in the NFL at 140 per contest.

For Ridder, the quarterback just needs to avoid turnovers for the Falcons to win their second straight game.
With a stout defense and strong rushing attack, Atlanta stands a good chance to be victorious in their trip north. Now, can the Falcons cover the NFL point spread?

Falcons-Jets Pick: Bet Atlanta Over New York
We just laid out all the reasons to like the Falcons in this Week 13 matchup. Atlanta has not been the most consistent team, but the Falcons are slowly putting themselves in the driver’s seat to win a mediocre NFC South.
The Jets look like a team ready for the offseason to start sooner rather than later. Bet online the Falcons to not only win but cover the three-point spread.

Questions Of The Day
Which team between the Falcons and Jets has the edge in the running game?
The Atlanta Falcons are poised to have a lot of success rushing against the New York Jets who rank as the second-worst defense against the run.
Is there any value in betting the underdog in the Falcons vs Jets game?
No. It is hard to trust a New York Jets team with long odds to make the postseason.
