Bet on plenty of firepower for NFC East matchups this Week 15. The division has been top-heavy with Philadelphia dominating and Washington producing a spectacular season. It is worth its weight in the NFL odds.
And even if the Giants and Cowboys are all but done this season, there is still plenty to bet on in their matchups. We’re talking about scoring – plenty of it thanks to matchups that feature star running backs.
3 NFL Week 15 Picks for the NFC East
1. Commanders ATS -7.5 (-110)
Washington can string a second straight win by running all over New Orleans. The Commanders are coming off a bye while the Saints lost starting quarterback Derek Carr. New Orleans, which already struggles offensively, gets even worse. While its defense remains solid, the Commanders have the tools to wear it down and cover as an NFL pick.

Washington has a top-three rushing offense. Per Commanders vs Saints stats, Washington averages 156.9 rushing yards and 1.8 rushing touchdowns per game. The Saints rank last in giving up rushing yards per carry at five per. They’ve allowed 150+ rushing yards in five games this season, losing every game but one.
Laying 7½ points is a steep price. But we’ll play it for Washington, which is 6-2 against the spread (ATS) as a favorite. The Saints will be hard-pressed to keep up with Jayden Daniels and Brian Robinson. They can’t win football games with only a defense, which is weak against what Washington does well. Bet online on the Commanders to win and cover.
Bet this Pick Washington Commanders -7.5 (-110)
2. Ravens vs Giants Over 43 (-110)
Like Washington, the Giants will be involved in a game with plenty of running, albeit on the losing side. The Giants will have little or no answers for Baltimore’s dynamic duo of Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry. Coming off a bye, the Ravens need to run the tables to have a chance to win the AFC North. We’re betting on the total to go over here.
We could bet against the Giants but the NFL spread is now at 15 points. That’s a bit wide though New York will not get any more money from us (or you). The Giants are just 4-8 ATS as an underdog. But 76.9% of Baltimore’s games have gone over the total thanks to a prolific offense and a subpar defense.
Per NFL betting trends, all but one of the Giants’ seven home games have gone under the total. But we’ll put enough faith in the Giants that they can drop a few points on Baltimore. New York barely averages 16 points per game. But the Ravens allow the most passing yards (265 per game) and 56.1% in red-zone touchdown rate. This one goes over.

3. Cowboys vs Panthers Over 43 (-110)
The Bengals vs Cowboys game on Monday Night Football did not go quite as we envisioned. But even with the total going under, we still saw 47 points. That’s usually the result when Dallas plays as eight of its 13 games have gone over the total. Dallas gives up over 28 points per game while scoring 20.6. There is enough here to bet the total to go over against Carolina.
Rico Dowdle has 118 rushing yards tonight and counting

The Panthers have played well lately and are favored here. They held the Eagles to only 83 passing yards and still lost. That’s due to having a rushing defense that’s still porous. Carolina has given up 200+ rushing yards in its last two games and 160+ in seven of its last eight. Rico Dowdle could have another field day here so keep him in mind in NFL player prop picks.
The Cowboys have struggled to run the ball this season. But they are 3-2 when they rush for at least 100 yards and the totals have averaged to nearly 46 points. It helps that nine of Carolina’s 13 games have trended similarly. Our NFL prediction is over 43 points.
Bet this Pick: Cowboys vs Panthers Over 43 (-110)
