The tightest division in the NFL is in the NFC West, where the four teams are all within a game of each other entering Week 10. That’s not to say this is the best division as the top team, the Arizona Cardinals, are just 5-4.
But the disappointing seasons for the two teams that were among the NFL predictions to win the division crown, the San Francisco 49ers and the Seattle Seahawks, have opened the door for the upstart Cardinals. Seattle dropped to a division-worst 4-5 with a loss to the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, with the Rams and 49ers currently sitting at 4-4.
So what should we expect from this topsy-turvy division in Week 10? The Seahawks get a bye week to try to get themselves together while the other three teams try to pick up wins to stay or get above .500 on the season.
Take a look at our NFL bets that you should be making on the division’s teams for Week 10 games.
2 Top Bets to Make on NFC West In Week 10
1. Cardinals Continue to Roll vs Disappointing Jets
When the NFL schedule came out for the 2024 campaign, it was the New York Jets that were expected to be a division leader when they faced the Cardinals in Week 10 — not the other way around. New York has been a big disappointment despite having Aaron Rodgers and acquiring Davante Adams in a midseason trade.
New York did show some life in Week 9’s Thursday Night Football contest, winning at home against the Houston Texans. But the inconsistency of the Jets makes it hard to feel good about wagering on them at any time, much less on the road against the Cardinals, who have won three in a row.
It’s been a remarkable turnaround for the Cardinals, who started the season 1-3 but have now won four of their last five. Arizona players just point to focusing on the little things as opposed to some big personnel move or strategy change that has led to the turnaround.
“Kind of figuring out things we’re good at, things we’re not,” Cardinals left guard Evan Brown said. “How to clean up the bad, keep building on the good. I think we’ve done a good job of that in these games. I think we’re gelling better as a team kind of across the board and just playing good complementary football from all three phases.”
Offensively, quarterback Kyler Murray isn’t having to carry the entire load. The Cardinals ran for 213 yards in Sunday’s win over Chicago, including 107 by James Conner. Having a running game that the defense has to focus on allows Murray more of a chance when he does go back to pass.
He’ll need all the time he can get against a Jets front seven that can get after the quarterback, making NFL news by recording a franchise-record eight sacks last week. New York ranks second in the NFL in passing yards allowed per game at 158.2, so the Cardinals’ running game will need to be on point on Sunday.
We expect it will be, and that the Cardinals will win their fourth straight. This game is basically a pick ‘em, with Arizona favored by one point. Give the point and take the hot Cardinals for a winning wager in your NFL picks.

2. Dolphins, Rams Hit the Over on MNF
Injuries have hurt both the Rams and the Miami Dolphins this season, with both teams just getting back to the form expected of them earlier in the season. Miami quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has returned after missing three games with a concussion, helping the Dolphins to score 27.0 points per game in their last two contests.
Meanwhile, the Rams’ receiving corps is starting to come back together after Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua missed time earlier in the season with injuries. Los Angeles has won three in a row, averaging 25.3 points over that span.
Quarterback Matthew Stafford is getting back on track after some early-season struggles, and the Rams are putting points on the board. His 39-yard touchdown pass to Demarcus Robinson in overtime on Sunday gave Los Angeles a key division win.

This game should be very entertaining no matter which team wins. Both can throw the ball and put up points in a hurry.
The over/under for Monday’s contest is set at 50½ points, which we think is going to be an easy total for these teams to exceed. Put your bet online on this contest on the over.
