  • The Dolphins’ ground game can outpace the Raiders’ shaky defense
  • The Patriots at home could pay off for NFL bettors at BetUS Sportsbook.

Just because a team has a losing record doesn’t mean we can’t make money off of them. As the movie goes, “Any Given Sunday.” That means a three-win team can score big this coming week. Hence, our NFL expert picks today for the AFC East feature the three also-rans of the division. There are no Buffalo Bills here. The Jets, Dolphins, and Patriots should all find ways to win.

3 Best NFL Week 11 Picks in AFC East

1. New York Gets Critical Win at Home, Bet Jets ML (-190)

Everyone’s bailing on the Jets. New York is turning into a colossal bust with a 3-7 record and rapidly lengthening NFL odds. But the Jets are still great at one thing: making it hard for opponents at home. Facing the Colts, a team that is struggling mightily, the Jets are in a solid position to get a much-needed victory.

The Jets only allow an average of 12.3 points at home. Outside the Bills, who almost score 30 a game, all of their opponents have been held short of the 20-point mark. Wouldn’t you know it, the Colts have barely put up 20 points in five straight games. And we don’t care if it’s Joe Flacco or Anthony Richardson starting. The Jets’ defense will eat them alive.

Instead of betting online on the under, which we still tout, we’ll take the Jets to win straight up. New York is 5-1 in its last six games against AFC South opponents and it’s covered in three of its four home games this season. If the line moves to a solid three points, bet the Jets against the spread. But bet them to win regardless.

Bet This Pick: New York Jets ML (-190)

2. Miami Runs Past Raiders, Bet Dolphins -9

The Dolphins have proven a lot this season. The first is how this team is much more effective with Tua Tagovailoa at quarterback. And the second is how they’ve become a grittier team that can win via defense and a slow methodical pace. This makes Miami an interesting NFL prediction, especially late this year.

The Dolphins played Arizona and Buffalo close, and these teams have trended well. They beat the beloved Rams in a rather low-scoring game. Miami has plenty of juice left as a team that can win via defense as much as offense. The Raiders, on the flip side, can’t do jack squat as a team that’s out of the postseason.

The Raiders have lost five straight. They’re terrible on offense or defense. And star Maxx Crosby has started to complain about this team. Antonio Pierce has lost control of this locker room amid volatile ownership. At least Miami can put together a cohesive team. Bet the Dolphins.

Bet This Pick: Miami Dolphins -9

3. New England Covers, Continues to Impress With Maye, Bet Patriots +5

This is the type of game they’d love to make films about. The Rams, a favorite franchise, faces a team with a relatable protagonist quarterback in Drake Maye. He’s the gifted one whose supposed prowess will save a once-glorious franchise. Maybe he will. And he’ll do that being a shrewd NFL expert pick against the spread (ATS) this Sunday.

The Patriots have covered three straight games. They’ve held opponents to three points, 20, and 22. And sure, the offense is not lighting up NFL scores with Drake Maye. But they can move the ball and score when it matters.

Maye has proven to be a dynamic player who can adapt to situations better than the still and stoic Jacoby Brissett. That makes the Patriots a dangerous underdog as they have been. The Rams are only 3-6 ATS in their last nine games and are in the middle of everything. This one’s a tight matchup where New England, at home, will keep it within reach.

Bet This Pick: New England Patriots +5
