Top Teams Go Head-to-Head
Two of the USFL’s top teams will clash for the second time this season when the Birmingham Stallions and New Orleans Breakers meet Saturday. Both teams are 4-2 and tied with the Houston Gamblers for first in the league. According to USFL odds, the Stallions are favored to emerge victorious after the Breakers won the first matchup.
Stallions Get Back on Track
Birmingham got back in the win column after downing the Michigan Panthers with another strong offensive performance.
The Stallions racked up 312 yards and finished 3-for-4 in the red zone to score 27 points against Michigan.
Though quarterback Alex McGough had a solid day throwing for 133 yards and two touchdowns, the ground game had a big day. McGough added 82 rushing yards and a score, while CJ Marable led with 100 rushing yards.

McGough leads the league in passing touchdowns and had a strong day against the Breakers in the first matchup, and he should have another good day in round two for those making USFL picks.
Breakers Fall Flat
New Orleans lost its second straight game after the offense failed to show up once again.
The Breakers lead the USFL in total yards and are third in scoring, but they produced their lowest score of the season for the second straight week, scoring 10 points in both games.
New Orleans finished with 256 total yards in its last loss, with its usually high-powered passing offense finishing with 182 passing yards and two interceptions.
The Breakers lead the USFL in passing yards, but after a couple of down weeks, it’s better to see how they start first and then do some USFL live betting.
