Week 3 AFC East Props: Best and Worst QB Picks
Still no Aaron Rodgers? No? OK, just checking for a friend. Week 3 of the 2023 NFL season is upon us and with it the chance to make a killing with some of the best NFL prop bets around from the AFC East.
As the Buffalo Bills prepare to square off against the Washington Commanders on the road, the Miami Dolphins play host to the Denver Broncos, and the New York Jets duel engage in a divisional battle against the New England Patriots, what are some of the best player props to wager on and make some money?

Enough chit-chat, let’s get to it.
Allen Drives Bills’ Passing Game to Victory
Betting on anything Josh Allen-related is like riding a roller coaster. You know you’re in for a wild ride, but once you get a liking for it, there’s no stopping the fun. The Buffalo Bills come as favorites at Washington and in our NFL odds to win, the best money to be made relies on Allen and his ability to lead Buffalo’s offense to a fast and strong win.
With Washington’s pass rush starting to wake up now that Chase Young is back, Allen will have to play his best and most effective football early on. Being helped out by Stefon Diggs and the rest of Buffalo’s receivers, betting on Allen to pass for over 247.5 yards is the way to go here.
NFL Pick: Josh Allen passes for over 247.5 yards (+100)
Bet on Tua to Go Big
This is a simple equation that could lead to a simple bet, and a simpler way to make money. Get your NFL game betting notes ready, and let’s go.
On the one hand you have Tua Tagovailoa, one of the best, if not the best QB in the AFC. On the other hand, there’s Denver’s secondary, which is coming off a beating from Washington’s second-year QB Sam Howell last week.
Take the two, put them together, and what do you get? Yes, one of the easiest NFL prop bets for this weekend.
Tagovailoa and his receiver group, headlined by Tyreek Hill, should be in for a cakewalk against the Broncos’ secondary even if Jaylen Waddle (concussion protocol) doesn’t play. I can see Tua easily passing for more than 300 yards.
Most importantly, and what online betting fans are looking for, betting on Tua to pass for at least three TDs is too good to pass up.
NFL Pick: Tua Tagovailoa passes for at least 3 TDs (+179)
Mac Attack for Jets Secondary
In what surely is expected to be a defensive standoff between the Jets and Patriots, one of the best NFL bets today is taking Mac Jones, New England’s QB, to fall victim to New York’s elite secondary.
After failing to stop Dallas’ attack last weekend, the Jets’ defense will be poised to bounce back dominantly against the division rival Patriots. Lucky for the Jets, Jones hasn’t shown any signs of growth, which could lead to a sloppy game that includes at least two interceptions.
New England doesn’t have any real elite receivers, which again will benefit New York’s secondary. So, take Jones passing for at least two picks and walk away with some sweet cash.
NFL Pick: Mac Jones Has at least two INTs (+350)
