Week 4 AFC South NFL Props: Appealing RB Parlay Headlines Best Bets

The first three weeks of NFL action have been filled with a mixture of surprising results, some brutal injuries, and some head-scratching player props that have either hit or missed. But heading into Week 4, we’re going to look at a few of the best angles to take as well as a few of the best parlay bets this week on player props, because there’s no reason not to find a bit of upside here.

Let’s kick things off with the game overseas in London, featuring the 2-1 Atlanta Falcons against the 1-2 Jacksonville Jaguars. While there are a number of ways to target this one, we’re actually going to look at a Falcons and Jaguars player prop parlay to kick things off.

Here’s a look at some NFL odds to consider.

Bijan Robinson & Travis Etienne Receiving Yards

The Week 4 AFC South prop bets for Oct. 1 begin with a parlay on the featured running backs for the teams playing in London — Bijan Robinson and Travis Etienne. While both players are capable of putting up numbers on the ground, I’m going to target them in this spot as pass-catchers.

Robinson’s currently total is set at 26 receiving yards, a number he’s topped in each game this season, and going against a Jacksonville defense where it’s unlikely Desmond Ridder goes deep often, I think we see him continue to utilize Robinson as a pass-catcher.

To go with that, Travis Etienne has totaled 27 and 50 receiving yards in two of Jacksonville’s three games, with a big fat clunker at two receiving yards sandwiched in the middle. He’s getting the targets and has at least two catches in each game, so taking him to total at least 19 receiving yards is more than realistic here.

Pick: Parlay of Bijan Robinson at least 26 receiving yards and Travis Etienne at least 19 receiving yards (+250)

Mack Hollins Receiving Yards

Admittedly, a ton of the best Week 4 AFC South prop betting actually comes from the other side of the team’s matchups this week. This is another example of that, as Mack Hollins enters this game with a low receiving total needed to hit his mark against the Jaguars, who have allowed 269.3 yards per game through the air this season.

Although the Falcons’ passing attack hasn’t exactly been lethal, Hollins has totaled 31, 60, and 23 yards in the first three games. He’s topped the projected number in this game two of three times, falling just short in the third.

Tack on the fact that there’s a very real potential outcome where the Falcons have to play catch-up a bit, and I believe Hollins clears this number.

Pick: Mack Hollins at least 27 receiving yards (-103)

Puka Nacua Keeps It Rolling

We’re going to roll with one more opponent pick for the Week 4 AFC South player prop for Oct. 1, and this time it’s targeting one of the most surprising breakout rookies. Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua has been exceptional through three games, totaling 30 receptions for 338 yards.

Now, Nacua and the Rams’ passing game draws a matchup with a Colts defense allowing 275.7 yards through the air per game. Nacua should be in for a big game and in turn, targeting his over on receiving yards looks appealing.

Pick: Puka Nacua 74 or more receiving yards (-112)

Derrick Henry Receptions

I’m going for a rare spot where I deal with the juice on a prop bet because it looks incredibly strong overall. Derrick Henry as a pass-catcher has been a topic of conversation early in the season. Putting aside a Week 3 loss to the Cleveland Browns in which the Titans were completely unable to get anything going, losing 27-3, the two games prior, Henry had at least two receptions in both.

Now, heading into Week 4, Henry to haul in at least two catches comes in at -186, and while I’d prefer to get it down a bit, considering the three or more catches at +131 is appealing. To play it safe in a spot that looks almost too good to be true, we’re rolling with Henry at two or more receptions.

Pick: Derrick Henry two or more receptions (-186)
