NHL Parlay Bets: Home Favorites to Dominate Thursday’s Stacked Schedule
The 10-game Thursday night schedule looks like a betting slate where you might want to take multiple home favorites as your NHL ATS picks.
The Florida Panthers, co-favorites in the odds to win the Stanley Cup at +700, the Metropolitan Division-leading New York Rangers, Toronto Maple Leafs, Tampa Bay Lightning, Los Angeles Kings, and New York Islanders could be teams to include in your NHL parlay.
The question you have to answer is which teams are the most motivated to post multiple-goal victories? You might even be more apt to take the over when Toronto hosts the New Jersey Devils and the struggling Philadelphia Flyers visit the Rangers.
Perhaps the marquee matchup of the night is the Winnipeg Jets visiting the Dallas Stars. The Jets are +1600 in Las Vegas hockey odds to win the Cup and the Stars are +800.
Start With Lightning Strike – Lightning -1½ (+115)
It is difficult to judge how a team that appears locked into a playoff position will play at the end of the season.
But the Lightning showed how much they want to keep winning Monday with a solid third period in a 5-2 victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets. It shouldn’t be much different against the Ottawa Senators, who the Bolts will want to repay for a loss at home in February.
Tampa Bay also has other incentives. Nikita Kucherov (139 points) is going after a scoring title, captain Steven Stamkos boasts 10 goals in his last six games to move within one of 40. In addition, Brayden Point still has a chance at 50 goals, and Victor Hedman at 80 points.
Stamkos on scoring 10 goals in 6 games: “When you get in a groove like this, you certainly never want it to end. You try to put yourself in positions where you get the puck on net because they are going in right now. It is certainly a great feeling and just continue to go at it.…

Use the Lightning in your sports betting, even if goalie Andrei Vaslevskiy sits out.
Roll With Toronto – Maple Leafs -1½ (+125)
The Maple Leafs still have a chance to get home ice in the first round of the playoffs and should be motivated to put away the soon-to-be-eliminated Devils.
Toronto has won six of its last seven contests, including a 5-2 triumph at New Jersey on Tuesday as Auston Matthews scored his 66th goal of the season. The Maple Leafs are 22-14-3 on home ice if you.
The Devils are one point from being officially eliminated with three games left and their star center Jack Hughes underwent season-ending shoulder surgery on Wednesday.
Take the Leafs to keep their home fans entertained and key your NHL picks ATS on Thursday.
Cats On The Prowl – Panthers -1½ (-155)
The Florida Panthers have turned things around a bit with a 2-0-1 stretch after a nearly three-week swoon that saw them drop out of first place in the Atlantic Division.
Keep putting money on the Panthers at the sportsbook as they try to put together a streak to roll into the postseason. Florida posted two shutouts of Ottawa and a 3-2 overtime loss at Boston in the last three.
Columbus has been gritty at times and is an impressive 44-35 ATS despite having the least points in the Eastern Conference. But the Blue Jackets own a long injury list and have not won on the road since March 2.
Defense Rules In Hollywood – Kings, Flames Under 6 (-125)
We usually like playing the over when the number is this low, but the Los Angeles Kings are fourth in the league in scoring defense and the Calgary Flames may have Jacob Markstrom in net.
Markstrom beat the Kings 4-2 on March 30 at home and is 12-5-4 in his career versus Los Angeles with a .921 save percentage. The bet could change if rookie Dustin Wolf (4-7-1) gets the start for the Flames.
The Kings are coming off a surprising loss at Anaheim on Tuesday after winning three straight and now lead Vegas by one point for third place in the Pacific Division. We think they will throw some water on the Flames.
