The NHL season is winding down, and with a full slate of games for Thursday night, there are plenty of NHL betting options to put into a valuable three-game parlay. With some teams still fighting for a playoff spot while others have already been eliminated, there are a few favored teams worth a look. Let’s check out a few of the best options to add to a parlay as the regular season draws to a close.

Islanders (-190) to Extend Win Streak vs Blue Jackets

Although both teams are currently on a two-game win streak, the Islanders extending it to three is one of better options for NHL game odds for April 4. New York has had Columbus’ number recently, winning eight of their last 10 meetings, including the two this season.

The Islanders are also still fighting to pick up a wild-card spot in the playoffs, sitting one point out of the last spot in the Eastern Conference, while Columbus has already been eliminated from postseason contention. With Columbus only averaging 2.8 goals in its last five games, and the Islanders’ defense limiting teams to 2.8 goals in that same time, New York should be able to pick up the victory on the road.

Kings -1½ (-120) Pick vs Sharks on Road

Another team looking to make movement in the postseason standings is Los Angeles, which currently has a hold of a wild card but is just three points out of third in the Pacific Division standings. After the Kings put an end to their three-game losing skid with a win over Seattle, they have a chance to build on that when they travel to San Jose against the last-place Sharks.

Though the Kings will likely be on tired legs after downing Seattle on Wednesday, they are still the stronger team, with San Jose struggling much of the season. Los Angeles is tied for third in the NHL, limiting teams to 2.59 goals a game, and should have no issues holding down San Jose. The Sharks have also given up 3.6 goals a game in that same time, and with the Kings coming off a five-goal performance, they should be a solid NHL pick to control the game from the start.

Take Under 5½ (-110) for Bruins vs Hurricanes

The sportsbook gave Boston and Carolina the lowest total of the day at 5 ½ goals, but that’s what happens when two top defenses match up. The Bruins and ‘Canes combined for five goals their first time around this season, while four of their last five matchups have gone under as well.

Carolina is third in the NHL, keeping teams to 2.59 goals a game, while the Bruins aren’t far behind in sixth, allowing 2.70 goals a game. Both teams have remained stout defensively through the end of the season. The ‘Canes are coming off a pair of shutouts, giving up 2.2 goals in their last five, while Boston also had a shutout in its last game and allowed 2.2 goals a game in that same time. With Carolina also holding opponents under three goals in seven straight games at home, this game should remain low-scoring.
