Oilers vs Golden Knights Same Game Parlay Picks Today, May, Thursday 8

The Pacific Division champion Vegas Golden Knights are a slight favorite, which could make the visiting Edmonton Oilers one of the best NHL bets today as they attempt to take a 2-0 lead in the second-round playoff series on Thursday.
The Oilers shook off two early goals by Mark Stone on Tuesday and rallied for a 4-2 victory in Game 1. Edmonton boasts five straight comeback wins after dropping the first two games of the playoffs and is +400 in the NHL Championship odds – the lowest among Western teams.
Vegas was without top defenseman Alex Pietrangelo (illness) and top goal scorer Pavel Dorofeyev (undisclosed) in Game 1, so check the lineups on game day. Stone and linemate Jack Eichel are still probably your best NHL prop bets today for the Golden Knights.

Leg 1: Edmonton Oilers ML (+120)
Edmonton showed plenty of guts to turn Game 1 around after falling behind on Tuesday, but the Oilers have become the Comeback Kids. The Oilers held Vegas to just 17 shots in Game 1 and one of its two top defensemen, Mattias Ekholm, is close to returning from injury. While Vegas was missing two key players, Edmonton may have shown it has the upper hand in this NHL matchup. Take the Oilers.

Leg 2: Oilers vs Golden Knights Under 6.5 Goals
Under bettors have cashed in four of the five games between the two teams this season, and we think they can go to the pay window again. Check late NHL news for injury and illness updates on Pietrangelo, Dorofeyev, and Ekholm, but another 4-2 result or less is very possible. Edmonton’s Calvin Pickard is winning games in net despite an .891 save percentage, and Vegas should be better defensively in Game 2.
Bet on Oilers vs Golden Knights Under 6.5 Goals (-110)

Leg 3: Connor McDavid 1+ Goals (+160)
Leon Draisaitl led Edmonton and the NHL with 52 goals in the regular season and scored his fourth of the postseason on Tuesday. Connor McDavid has gone four games without a goal, but boasts six assists and 18 shots during that stretch. He is due. While Vegas has been a good defensive team, the Knights allowed 13 goals to Edmonton in the last three meetings. Expect McDavid to change his NHL betting trend.
Bet on Connor McDavid 1+ Goals (+160)

Leg 4: Adin Hill 27+ Saves (+125)
Fresh off a Game 1 win, you have to expect the Oilers to be loose and use their speed to create chances. McDavid will lead the way while Zach Hyman, Corey Perry and Connor Brown joined Draisaitl in the scoring column on Tuesday. Vegas goalie Adin Hill turned aside 24 shots in Game 1 and we think he will have to top that on Thursday to cap your winning NHL parlay ticket.
