The Winnipeg Jets face a must-win Game 2 of their Western Conference semifinal series on Friday night and that should make them a good NHL bet against the visiting Dallas Stars.

Red-hot Mikko Rantanen scored all three goals as the Stars edged the Jets 3-2 in Game 1 on Wednesday and still has value for your NHL props today. Rantanen boasts back-to-back hat tricks and leads the playoffs with 15 points.

Winnipeg had a 10-4 edge in shots in the third period, but could not record the tying goal in Game 1. The Jets, who won the Presidents’ Trophy, are now +1600 in the NHL future bets to win the Stanley Cup.
