Casino Bonuses, Playthrough and Cash Redemption: Casino bonuses are separate from cash. All casino bonuses carry a playthrough requirement that must be completed to redeem the balance as cash. Once completed the value of the casino bonus at that time is automatically transferred to your cash balance (“redeemed”). The amount to play through to redeem a bonus is 30-times the bonus value, but may vary.
Real money wagering requirement: Once a bonus is redeemed into your cash balance, real money casino wagering is required before being eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement is 30-times the redeemed amount unless otherwise stated. If no bonus is redeemed, no requirement applies. The wagering requirement begins immediately upon redemption into cash. When multiple bonuses are redeemed, all cash action requirements must be completed before any payouts.
Casino Bonus activation and usage: Casino bonuses can be used to play casino games from BetUS, Betsoft Gaming, DGS and Nucleus Gaming. In the event that bonus balance is used on games considered excluded by our rules, any action wagered on them will not count towards completion of a bonus playthrough. In the case of malfunction of a casino bonus management will act on its discretion to correct affected bonuses accordingly.
Bonus eligibility: Bonuses are for recreational players only and accounts in good standing. Players who have not covered recent payouts may not be eligible for certain bonuses. Bonuses may only be available to specific deposit methods.
Bonus Expiry: Casino bonuses expire within 7 days of being credited unless otherwise stated. Casino bonuses that are not redeemed or exhausted before the expiry date will be forfeited.
Maximum payout restriction. Non-deposit bonuses may come with a maximum payout limit. This is the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from your cash balance generated with bonus winnings. Any amount over the limit will be forfeited upon processing your first payout.
Maximum bonus amount: The maximum bonus amount given depends on each specific promotion’s terms.
Casino Bonus redeem limit: All casino bonuses have a maximum redeem amount. Once a casino bonus is redeemed, the bonus balance is transferred into cash up to a maximum of $10,000 unless otherwise stated.
Bonus forfeit: Any active or unclaimed casino bonuses will be removed if a payout is requested. Bonuses may be removed at any time, per Casino Management’s discretion.
Bonus Request timeframe: Casino deposit bonuses must be requested at the moment your deposit is verified to your BetUS account. Late casino deposit bonus requests will not be accepted.
Promotion requests. Players need to claim all bonuses by contacting BetUS Support on the day of the promotion. BetUS will not issue bonuses retroactively.
Consecutive promotions: Only two non-deposit bonuses can be credited consecutively. Non-deposit bonuses include specials, daily promotional credits, complimentary bonuses, and similar credits. Rewards from the BetUS Loyalty Program are excluded from this rule.
Bonus eligibility: After a second consecutive non-deposit bonus, a new deposit is required before another bonus can be credited. The account balance must be under $10 USD (including pending wagers and bonuses or free play) for the new deposit to qualify.
Wagering requirement reset: When a player’s bonus balances and cash balance have been exhausted with no pending wagers remaining, any outstanding wagering requirements will be cleared once a new deposit is verified. Any bonuses credited after the new deposit will apply its relevant terms and conditions.
Casino access: Casino is intended for recreational play. Management reserves the right to restrict casino access at their discretion.
Wagering Exclusions: The following games and categories will not count towards completion of a cash action requirement: Craps, roulette, poker, pontoon, limited time promotional games and all live dealer casino games.
Bonus abuse: Any players found to be utilizing casino tournaments to circumvent cash action requirements will be restricted from casino tournament usage permanently. Offending accounts will be subject to enforcement of cash action requirements prior to being eligible for future payouts, as determined by Casino Management.
Nucleus Gaming playthrough contributions: When a bonus is activated on the Nucleus Gaming platform, different games contribute differently towards a rollover’s completion; as follows: Slots: 100%. Draw Hi-Lo, Three Card Rummy: 20%. American and European Blackjack: 10%. Red Dog, Pontoon, Pai Gow, Super 7, Roulette, and War: 5%.
