1. Most casino bonuses carry a two-time 30x play through requirement on the bonus and released amounts before a withdrawal can be requested, unless stated or advised otherwise for a specific promotion. The rollover multiplier may vary depending on the credit type.
2. Any unused casino bonuses will be removed if a payout is requested. Bonuses may be removed at any time, per Casino Management’s discretion.
3. Casino bonuses can be used to play slots provided by Betsoft Gaming, Nucleus Gaming, DGS and Classic Casino. Games excluded from bonus usage are: Games by Dragon gaming, Table and card games, Pai Gow Poker, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps and Live dealer. In the event that said excluded games are played with bonus funds, action on them will not count towards the rollover count and could potentially lead to the bonus winnings being forfeited. However some table games by Nucleus Gaming can be played with bonus funds starting on Oct 30th, 2023
4. Bonuses are based on cash net losses. If you are ahead on BetUS or have not covered recent payouts, you will not be eligible to receive any kind of bonus.
5. Deposit bonuses expire 7 days after being credited.
6. Your account balance must be at zero with no pending plays before any promotion can be requested.
7. The minimum promotional amount given is $5.00. The maximum bonus amount given on any promotion is $500. Unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion.
8. Once the player meets the required rollover, the remaining balance of the promotional bonus is released as cash into the player’s account up to the max cap restriction (see particular promotion for the max amount).
9. All non-deposit bonuses expire 7 days from the issuing date and cannot be reactivated after expiration.
10. All non-deposit bonuses have a maximum release cap. See each particular promotion for its maximum amount.
11. Players need to claim all bonuses by contacting BetUS Support on the day of the promotion. BetUS will not issue bonuses retroactively.
12. Only two promotions can be credited consecutively. After the second promotion is applied, the player will be required to make a new deposit. Account balance must be under $10USD before a new deposit is made to qualify.
13. Bonuses are for recreational players only and require cash action in the casino before being eligible for a payout.
14. To be eligible for any of the daily promotions, a player’s account must be fully covered in payouts.
15. Casino is intended for recreational play. Management reserves the right to restrict casino access at their discretion.
16. Casino rollover action will only count on games provided by Nucleus Gaming, Betsoft Gaming and Classic Casino. Live dealer casino action does not count.
17. Recycled casino cash bonus winnings may not be utilized to complete casino bonus play through requirements. BetUS Casino has the authority to reclaim any winnings deemed fit.
18. Casino bonuses cannot be used in the sportsbook as they are two separate wallets and are non-transferable.
19. When a bonus is activated on the Nucleus Gaming platform, different games contribute differently towards a rollover’s completion; as follows: Slots: 100%. Draw Hi-Lo, Three Card Rummy: 20%. American and European Blackjack: 10%. Red Dog, Pontoon, Pai-Gow, Super 7, Roulette and War: 5%.
