In a game of Craps, there are four ways that you can lose on a come-out roll—two ways to make a 3, one 2, and one 12. In Crapless Craps, there are no ways to lose on a come-out roll.
This means there are six ways to win on a come-out in Crapless Craps and no ways to lose, while there are eight ways to win and four ways to lose in Craps.
This is beneficial for players, but it comes with a downside.
An 11 is a winner on a come-out roll in Craps, but in Crapless Craps, 11 is a point number, along with 12, 3, and 2.
