Raffle Terms & Conditions:

1. In order to register for this contest, the referrer and referee accounts must have made at least one (1) real money deposit of $100 or more. Referrer accounts must be active.
2. Newly referred accounts must have the referrer account information listed in their account, for tracking purposes.
3. The referrer cannot be up on the house & the account must be in good standing.
4. Only one participant is allowed per household.
5. Prize winners will be notified via secure account message and/or email. Review chart for prize dates. Monthly winners will be displayed on our website. (Last name, First name Initial & State)
6. All free play bonuses including the horse free bet will carry a 10x rollover requirement before a cashout.
7. $25 chip will carry a 20x rollover on release and cash out amount, 14-day expiration date & a $100 max cash out. $100 chip will carry a 30x rollover on release and cash out amount, 14-day expiration date & a $300 max cash out. $500 chip will carry a 20x rollover on release and cash out amount, 14-day expiration date & a $1500 max cash out.
8. Participants will only be awarded 1 (one) prize per monthly raffle. All previous participants from this contest will be entered into the Big Game’s final raffle.
9. Share a picture on any of our social media platforms showcasing the winning item.
10. *Game Party Prize will be hosted as a private event with buddies up to a group of 10 friends,  at a local venue.
11. All participants are subject to account audits to review adherence to all BetUS.com.pa rules and regulations. If a player’s account is not in good standing that player is subject to immediate disqualification.

General Terms & Conditions (Sports)

1. Rollover is defined as the amount of cash action risked or won, depending on which is the lowest amount on qualifying bet types and lines.
2. Wagers placed using free play money will not qualify for or count towards the rollover.
3. Bonuses are non-transferable and offer no cash value.
4. Only one Bonus/free play per account/household or shared computer environments such as libraries and internet cafes.
5. A bonus only gains cash value after the particular rollover requirements are met.
6. Only the first $5,000 of any applicable wager will count towards the rollover.
7. Of the Risk/Win amounts, the lowest of the two amounts is used when calculating rollover. For example, if you place two wagers:
   • Wager A: $220 to win $200
   • Wager B: $100 to win $140
   • The win amount from Wager A would be added to the risk amount from Wager B to give you a total of $300 towards your Rollover requirements.
8. Recycling of funds is not permitted and will be considered abusing the bonus privilege.
9. Recycling of funds is when a withdrawal is made and a deposit is made immediately afterward in order to capitalize on the reload bonus.

13. Free play “eligible sports” is the only action that counts towards rollover.
14. If any combination of free plays and/or cash wagers are placed on both sides of an event the wager amount will not count towards rollover and BetUS.com.pa reserves the right to cancel one or both of the wagers in such a situation.

General Terms & Conditions (Casino)

1. Casino and sportsbook bonuses are two separate wallets and are non-transferable between accounts. If an active casino bonus is available, you are more than welcome to play with it and have the possibility of releasing it into your cash balance. At that point, you would be able to use those funds to wager on sports if you desire.
2. All casino bonuses carry a two-time 30x play-through requirement on the bonus and released amounts before a withdrawal can be requested unless stated or advised otherwise for a specific promotion. The rollover multiplier may vary depending on the credit type.
3. Any unused casino bonuses will be removed if a payout is requested. Bonuses may be removed at any moment, per Casino Management discretion.
4. Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, and Baccarat are not playable with bonus chips.
5. Deposit bonuses expire 14 days after being credited.
6. Once the player meets the required rollover, the remaining balance of the promotion bonus is released as cash into the player’s account up to the max cap restriction.
7. Players need to claim all bonuses by contacting BetUS Support on the day of the promotion. BetUS will not issue bonuses retroactively.
8. Bonuses are for recreational players only and require cash action in the casino before being eligible for a payout.
9. As a standard, after payouts all casino deposit bonuses will include a three-time maximum release, until the payout amount has been covered.
10. The casino is intended for recreational play. Management reserves the right to restrict casino access at their discretion.
11. Casino play through action will only count in the BetUS Casino, Classic Casino, and Slots Zone. Live dealer casino action does not count.
