Top 2 Dortmund vs Barcelona Picks for April 15

1. Barcelona to win (-125)

Barcelona and Dortmund enter this match in dramatically different situations. Whilst Barcelona have won nine of their last 10 matches, per soccer betting trends, Dortmund succumbed to a 2-2 draw at Bayern Munich at the weekend. And whilst Barcelona sit four points clear in first place in La Liga, Dortmund find themselves in eighth place in the Bundesliga and at risk of missing out on Champions League football for the first time in a decade.

Four months after edging BVB 3-2, Barcelona demolished Dortmund 4-0 in the first leg courtesy of goals from Raphinha, Lamine Yamal and a Robert Lewandowski brace. They are clicking on all cylinders at the moment and they have a world-class attacking trio that should be more than capable of overtaking BVB’s backline. We’re backing Barcelona to grab yet another win in our UEFA Champions League predictions.

Bet on Barcelona (-125)

2. Under 3.5 goals (-127)

Don’t be surprised to see some major rotation for the second leg: Rather than try to overturn a four-goal deficit in this soccer game, Dortmund could very well rest his key players ahead of a major battle vs Gladbach.

BVB find themselves in danger of missing out on European football for the first time in 16 years with the club sitting two points behind Gladbach, three behind Freiburg, four behind Mainz and six behind Leipzig. As such, Niko Kovac could give his key players a breather, and the same could be said for his former assistant Hansi Flick.

Barcelona will have to play three matches in one week following their second leg and, as such, we could see them expend little energy and reserve their resources. All in all, it should pave the way for a fairly low-scoring match where neither team dares to go forward. We’re going for the under in our soccer expert picks.

Bet on Under 3.5 goals (-127)
