One thing is clear, besides the fact that Inter Miami will win the Supporters’ Shield. The Herons find a way to win without Lionel Messi. The Argentinian superstar hasn’t played for Miami since early June. Still, the Herons kept winning and currently are seven points ahead of the Los Angeles Galaxy in the Supporters’ Shield race.

Most recently, they crushed the Chicago Fire 4-1 with Luis Suarez as Player of the Match after scoring a brace. The Uruguayan, who has scored 16 goals, has been crucial for Miami to keep winning. The Union won their last road match 2-0. It was against the New York Red Bulls and Mikel Uhre and Tai Baribo were the scorers.

Uhre and Daniel Gazdag are the main reasons for me to believe the Union will score at Chase Stadium. Uhre has scored seven goals while Gazdag is the team’s top scorer with 14. In fact, Uhre scored in the last meeting between Philly and Miami, which the Herons won 2-1.

There’s also the fact that both managed to score in seven of their previous 10 encounters, including the last three. Finally, since Philly has nothing to lose and much to win, that should be enough motivation to go all-in right from the start. However, that’s also the reason why I think Miami will end up winning because Philly isn’t a well-balanced squad that can handle the pressure for 90 minutes.
