A total of 473 goals have been scored in the 153 games this season in Bundesliga (three-plus per game) and we are in for another brilliant set of fixtures in the second half of the 2021-22 German top-flight league campaign. Our sportsbook is offering a huge number of markets and props for the top European leagues.
Bayern to Win Outright
The Bavarian giants are nine points clear at the top of the table and they will definitely win another title. In 21 of the 24 previous times Bayern Munich were top at the halfway stage of the season, they went on to lift the title. They are priced at -5000 to be crowned champions with the latest soccer odds, so there’s no value on betting them right now.than
Instead, we are looking from a different angle. As we previously stated, our sportsbook is offering a great number of future betting markets, so here’s the first one. Who will win the title without Bayern? Dortmund is sitting second in the standings with 34 points and Freiburg is five points behind them. Leverkusen and Hoffenheim are six points behind Dortmund. Six points are not that much with 17 rounds to go till the end of the season (51 points in play).
We will go ahead and play a value bet but with a small stake because it will be tough, but not impossible, for Leverkusen to finish second. They have an amazing squad, they won’t lose players in the winter transfer window and if they win their direct game with BVB, they might have a chance.
Pick: Leverkusen to win outright w/o Bayern Munich (+1400)
To Finish in Top 4
Bayern Munich with Robert Lewandowski and Dortmund are priced at -200000 and -15000, respectively, so we must look elsewhere. It’s very surprising to see RB Leipzig priced at even money after such a poor first half to the season. They are one of the teams we like to fade in our soccer picks and parlays, and we won’t touch them this time. They changed their manager in the summer, they sacked their new boss in December, they are out of the Champions League and they are winless on the road in eight games.
Two teams we are targeting to finish in top four are, of course, Leverkusen, which is priced at -140 and Eintracht Frankfurt (+800). We talked about Leverkusen and how good they are, so it’s time to talk about Eintracht. They had many ups and downs this season, but it was because they had European commitments and their squad is not big enough to play games every three days.
They finished first in their Europa League group, going unbeaten in six games, and they returned to winning ways in their domestic league by winning six of their last seven fixtures. On top of that, they changed managers last summer and new boss Oliver Glasner improved the team in all departments. They look great all over the pitch and they have a great chance to finish in the top four.
Pick: Eintracht Frankfurt to finish in top 4 (+800)
To be Relegated
In the Bundesliga, the last two teams in the standings automatically get relegated while the teams above them will play a doubleheader with another team from the second league. We already know one team that will go down. The mighty Greuther Furth, sitting dead last after 17 rounds with just five points, will definitely go down at -25000. If you’re betting online, you should continue to fade them until the end of the season because their main focus is not to win points but to plan for the next season.
Who will join them? Arminia Bielefeld recorded two victories in the row to end the year with 16 points and it looks like they will try to save themselves. They pulled off a huge upset by beating RB Leipzig, keeping a clean sheet at the same time. Stuttgart and Augsburg are underachievers, and their place is not down there. On the other hand, Bochum is sitting 12th with 20 points, just three points above the danger zone. They are not a bad team, but the experience is not on their side, so they are our bet for this market.
