After seeing his team cruise to a 2-0 victory over Crystal Palace, Mikel Arteta is determined to pick up three more points at home against Leicester on Saturday. Our sportsbook is offering the best markets and bonuses for the English Premier League.
Arsenal: We’ve Seen Enough?
Once Gabriel Martinelli scored the first goal of the Premier League season for the Gunners after just 23 minutes, they exploded out of the gate in south London and never looked like giving it up. Late in the game, Bukayo Saka sealed the victory with a cross that was deflected and went into the goal.
Zinchenko and Gabriel Jesus both joined Arsenal from Manchester City in the offseason while Saliba was signed in 2019 but spent the last three seasons on loan in his native France. The center-back looked composed and confident in his league debut, making key interventions and blocks as Palace chased an equalizer. The former City teаmmаtes contributed to the teаm’s offensive power. Jesus deserves applause for his amazing run into the box just three minutes into the game.
Mаrtinelli hаs consistently held the perspective of being crucial for Arsenаl. There won’t be much doubt about his position in Artetа’s squad if he continues to put on a great show like the one he did in the season opener. He will definitely improve with every game and we will continue to include him in our soccer picks and parlays.
For Arsenal, it made for a much better start to the season than a year ago, when it also opened the campaign on a Friday night and fell to promoted Brentford 2-0. The Gunners went on to lose the next two games as well.
Leicester: Poor on the road
Leicester City and Brentford offered us an absolute thriller in their season opener. The Foxes failed to secure a two-goal lead, conceding the equalizer in the final minutes of the match. Brendan Rodgers’ side was on course for a comfortable Premier League victory at the King Power Stadium after goals either side of halftime from Timothy Castagne and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall saw them grab the advantage.
The Foxes’ issues from last season in holding onto a lead persisted in the opener. Leicester City failed to win a Premier League home game in which they were up two-plus goals for the first time since August 2003 versus Southampton. It was definitely a game they should have won, but Rodgers praised his squad’s performance and he will surely try to improve ahead of this trip.
Dewsbury-Hall’s superb midfield work and James Maddison’s brilliant creativity have something in common and that is incredible confidence. Both players look ready and determined to pull off any feat, however improbable or long-bursting, at any time. If you’re betting online, Leicester is not exactly the team you want to back when playing on the road, but they have the necessary weapons to find the back of the net on Saturday.
Arsenal vs Leicester Head-to-Head
Arsenal has the upper hand on the Foxes. They won the last three mutual encounters between the sides, keeping two clean sheets and scoring at least two goals in each clash. We’ve seen just one of the teams contributing on the scoreboard in four of the last five head-to-heads between the two sides. Last season, Arsenal was one of the best home teams in the league, winning 13 of their 19 fixtures on home soil and scoring 35 goals in the process, while Leicester managed to win just four games on the road, allowing 36 goals.

Arsenal vs Leicester Predictions
The hosts enter this clash as heavy favorites being priced at -200 on the three-way moneyline according to the latest soccer odds while the goal line is set at three.
Arsenal is another animal on home soil and we expect them to add three more points to their season tally, but there’s no value betting on a straight home win. They had an attacking approach in their season opener against Crystal Palace, going all guns blazing from the first whistle of the game. We expect them to have the same approach and solve the match from the first half.
