Inter struggling at the back
It’s too early in the Champions League season to call any game a critical match, but if Inter Milan fail to grab at least a point in this clash, they may be looking at an early exit here. With two rounds complete, they sit third in the standings, equal on points with Barcelona.
Inter Milan is also sitting ninth in the Serie A table at the moment, in poor form in recent months. Nerazzurri slumped to a disappointing 2-1 defeat at the hands of AS Roma and will need to bounce back in this fixture.

Due to a thigh injury on international duty, Inter will once again be without midfielder Marcelo Brozovic Tuesday. Barcelona, meanwhile, travel to Italy without Memphis Depay, Frenkie De Jong\ and Jules Kounde, all injured in the Nations League last month. Ronald Araujo may miss the rest of 2022 (thigh surgery), while Hector Bellerin is sidelined (calf), sustained in training last week. As a result, either Sergi Roberto or Alex Balde is at right-back.
