Meanwhile, the New York Red Bulls must win as soon as possible to prevent the pressure from building up. Minnesota United: Effective
Minnesota United has only played one game, which it won. It defeated FC Dallas 1-0 two weeks ago thanks to Mender Garcia, who scored only three minutes into the second half. The defense also deserves a lot of credit since it managed to keep a clean sheet even though the Burn won possession with 63% and finished with 11 shots in total.

New York Red Bulls: Bad Luck
The New York Red Bulls lost 1-0 to Orlando City in their season opener. They finished with 14 shots, eight more than Orlando, but the attacking unit had a bad day, including Lewis Morgan and Luquinhas, the team’s top scorers in 2022 with 18 and seven goals.
The Red Bulls also had a bad day last Saturday when they played host to Nashville SC with the Las Vegas odds on their side. Once again, New York finished with more shots its opponent and even won possession with 58%, but the match finished 0-0.
Last season, the New York Red Bulls were one of the best teams on the road, finishing with a 9-3-6 record. They expect to replicate that in 2023, for which they need Dante Vanzeir, the team’s top signing during the offseason, to start contributing. He scored at least 10 goals in each of his last three seasons in Belgium.
Finishing with a clean sheet against Nashville allowed the team to regain some confidence. That was only the third time over its last 13 MLS matches that it didn’t concede a goal.
Despite offering the same price as Minnesota United, I consider the Red Bulls the betting online underdogs due to playing on the road.
