West Ham: Struggling for Points

Aguerd only returned on Christmas Eve and wasn’t involved against Arsenal.

Brentford: Decent Season

Brentford’s away record has been typical of a mid-table side. They’re 11th in the away standings with seven points earned from eight road games, remarkably their only victory being away at Manchester City just before the World Cup break.
Ivan Toney’s attacking firepower should keep the hosts’ defensive line busy, while the possibility of him playing right-back opens up the potential for fouls on wingers. Brentford is sitting 10th in the standings with 20 points to their name, while a four-match unbeaten streak should give them confidence as they make the short trip to the London Stadium.
There are a good number of Brentford players on the cusp of returning from injury; however, this clash may come too soon for them. Nevertheless, Ivan Toney has scored 12 goals in 17 competitive appearances this season, so if you’re betting online, you should back him to find the back of the net.
West Ham vs Brentford Head-to-Head
West Ham lost home and away to Brentford last season but may be able to stifle their confident guests enough to earn a draw this Friday.
