NCAAB Thursday Parlay Selections
- USC -3.5 (-110)
- Iowa -10.5 (-110)
- Arizona -2.5 (-110)
USC (11-3) vs Stanford (8-5)
When: Thursday, 5 p.m., ET
Where: Maples Pavilion, Stanford, Ca
Analysis: Stanford had a good start but consecutive losses have the Cardinal searching for answers. A 79-65 loss to Utah was followed by a 77-64 loss to Colorado, so recent success has been hard to come by.
The problem has been on offense, which has scored just 129 points over the last two games. When producing three consecutive wins prior, the Cardinal had scored totals of 81, 91, and 75 respectively.
USC is traveling much the better, despite losing its most recent game. The 58-56 loss to Oregon State put a blight on its record, which stopped a six-game winning streak.
The Trojans had beaten the likes of Utah, Arizona, and Washington prior to the loss, but they will be looking to get back to form on Thursday.
BetUS has 3.5 points between USC and Stanford, and although the Cardinal are playing at home, we favor USC in this situation.
Confidence is low for Stanford, and there hasn’t been as much output from Oscar da Silva and Zaire Williams. If those two players get hot, the Cardinal can win, but USC is more reliable.
Look for NBA-bound Evan Mobley to dominate the game, and take USC to victory.
NCAAB Parlay Betting Pick: USC 92, Stanford 86
Indiana (8-6) vs Iowa (12-2)
When: Thursday, 9 p.m., ET
Where: Carver-Hawkeye Arena, Iowa City
Analysis: Iowa continues to impress at 12-2, and it’s eyeing March Madness success in just over a month. The Hawkeyes have rattled off wins over Northwestern and Maryland, but it was the Minnesota win that turned heads.
Minnesota is a team that handed Michigan State its first loss but the Hawkeyes scored a comfortable 86-71 victory over the Gophers.
Luka Garza is one of the best players in college basketball. He is averaging 26.9 points and 8.7 rebounds per game. He has the NBA in his sights, but first, Garza and the Hawkeyes need to get past Indiana.
The Hoosiers are a team capable of producing an upset. They defeated Penn State, Maryland and Nebraska, but lost to Purdue heavily last time on court.
Trayce Jackson-Davis is a star in the making, and he’s capable of keeping Indiana close to Iowa.
Iowa is the double-digit favorite and rightfully so. It has been rolling through teams and is currently ranked inside the top four.
It would take a mammoth effort for Indiana to bridge the gap, and we don’t see it happening. Iowa should be able to cover the spread comfortably.
NCAAB Parlay Betting Pick: Iowa 91, Indiana 72
Arizona (10-3) vs Arizona State (4-6)
When: Thursday, 5 p.m., ET
Where: Desert Financial Arena, Tempe, Az
Analysis: Arizona has the clearly superior win/loss record, but it’s only the 2.5-point favorites to win this rivalry game.
The Wildcats suffered consecutive losses to USC and UCLA but bounced back with a win over Oregon State. It was a big win, by 34 points in a one-sided display.
Arizona is in much better form than Arizona State, which is hurting after four consecutive losses. Following a win against Grand Canyon, the Sun Devils have lost to UTEP, UCLA, USC, and Oregon State.
It’s not fantastic form heading into this game, but the betting line is intriguing.
It’s always a concern when the betting line isn’t what you expect. Arizona has shown to be the superior team, but it’s only a 2.5-point favorite.
However, we’re not going to pass up on the value available. Take Arizona and include it in your college basketball parlay this Thursday.
NCAAB Parlay Betting Pick: Arizona 84, Arizona State 74
