We love The Masters for many reasons. It’s not only the best viewing tournament, but bookmakers always offer great value prop bets.
Not only can bettors put their money on a player to win, but there are hundreds of prop and exotic markets to enjoy, including first round leader, to miss the cut and winning region bets.
We have picked out the best Masters prop bets, which take place at Augusta National from April 8-11, 2021.
Masters First Round Leader – Joaquin Niemann
The Chilean won’t be at the top of everyone’s list, but he tees off at value odds to lead the field after Round 1.
Niemann has been around the mark all season, which included losing in a playoff to Harris English in the Sentry Tournament of Champions.
He has had only one appearance at The Masters, which was a missed cut in 2018. However, he has made steady improvement over the last three years and his confidence has skyrocketed.
His lone PGA Tour win came by six strokes after shooting 65 in the first round. He’s capable of starting strong and at the odds, he is well worth the risk.
Niemann is paying +5000 in online betting markets to lead the field on Thursday.
Pick: Joaquin Niemann +5000
Top 20 Masters – Sergio Garcia
We love a bit of Sergio Garcia and the odds of +150 for a Top 20 finish is too good to pass up.
The 2017 Masters champion has been playing excellent golf this season, which included a top-10 finish at The Players in March.
Having already won The Masters, Garcia gets put above most golfers. He only needs to putt well to be in the mix and he has shown improvement in that area over the last few years.

The Spaniard is enigmatic, so you never know what you’re going to get. However, he has been one of the most prolific winners in world golf over the last 20 years and that’s worth noting.
Golf betting lines are fair to have Garcia at +150. He should make himself known on the first page of the leaderboard at some stage this week.
Pick: Sergio Garcia +150
To Miss The Cut – Danny Willett
It’s not easy to root for a player to play poorly, but we think backing Danny Willett to miss the cut is a safe bet.
The 2016 Masters champion has had an awful career since winning. His form has tapered off significantly and it’s rather sad to see.
The 33-year-old missed the cut at the Valero Texas Open, shooting +3. He has made only one cut at the Masters since his win, which came last year. We expect his form to regress with the Masters being played at its usual time.
Willett has suffered through contracting COVID-19, and it hasn’t been an easy road back.
“It was nearly a year to the day from when the Players got canceled that I tested positive,” Willett told the IrishMirror.ie.
“I think people have had it a lot worse but I was literally in bed really badly for the first seven or eight days and then had seven or eight days feeling pretty rubbish. It was not quite what I expected. Both I and my wife Nic had it but we are both alright now. I am trying to manage it and keep on top of it so it is good news.”
BetUS has Willett paying -110 to miss the cut and that should be included in your Masters golf parlay wagers.
Pick: Danny Willett -110
To Make The Cut – Bernhard Langer
We wanted to pick a player at value odds and Bernhard Langer is our man. The German senior tour player is a two-time winner of The Masters and he has made the cut at his last three appearances at Augusta.
Age is no boundary for the champion player, who admits it’s tough, but he’s capable of beating the younger players.
The Masters (@TheMasters) April 6, 2021
“It’s fun to compete with these young guys every once in a while,” Langer told ESPN. “I wouldn’t want to do it every week because it would get a little frustrating on some of these courses. But, I feel I can still compete with them.
“I just don’t have the long tee ball they have.”
Langer is being slightly disrespected in the golf betting lines at +160. That is an excellent price and because he doesn’t hit a long ball, he can’t get into as much trouble.
He still produces the goods on the Champions Tour and that form is good enough this week.
Pick: Bernhard Langer +160
Will There Be A Hole In One? – Yes
There isn’t a hole in one every year at The Masters, but we think it will happen in 2021.
The year 2019 saw two players get a hole in one. Bryson DeChambeau and Justin Thomas both secured the ace on the 16th hole, where it’s most likely to happen.
The last seven aces at Augusta have come on the 16th hole and although it’s not an easy golf betting option to cash, it’s the most exciting.
Yes is currently paying -170, which is worth including in golf parlay wagers.
Pick: Yes -170
Top Left-Handed Player – Brian Harman
Most of the money will come for Phil Mickelson and Bubba Watson. Both players have won The Masters in the past, but they’re not our top pick this week.
Brian Harman has been excellent golf in 2021, much better than Mickelson and Watson. He might be short off the tee, but Harman has been deadly accurate.
Augusta suits him nicely and the +240 odds are generous. Harman is a value bet and although there are four other golfers in this market, he should only need to worry about two of them.
Pick: Brian Harman +240
Top Debutant – Will Zalatoris
We’re not surprised to see Will Zalatoris at the top of the market. He is having a terrific year on the PGA Tour and he has the class edge over this field.
The other players in this market include Robert MacIntyre, Carlos Ortiz, Tyler Strafaci, Joe Long, and Charles Osborne. MacIntyre and Ortiz are good golfers in their own right, but the others shouldn’t come close to Zalatoris.
He is playing well and we will confidently back him this week.
