Revenge Game Parlay for Wednesday NBA

Three Hoops Wagers in one Parlay

We are just a few days away from the All-Star break, but this Wednesday is still filled with tantalizing NBA matchups from an online sports betting angle. Find all these games from the BetUS online sportsbook. We’re focusing on teams with some familiarity against each other, and a nice mixture of potential blowouts and nail biters per NBA odds. Let’s make our Wednesday NBA betting parlay.

Detroit Takes It To Toronto

Here’s hoping this game does happen. And if it does, you’re looking at Detroit taking on a potentially short-handed Raptors squad. Ol’ coach Dwane Casey has had some success against his former team, just not in the last three games.

Toronto has a sizable spread going into this matchup so oddsmakers believe if the game happens, they will have a full lineup. If that’s the case nearly ten-points is still a lot. The Detroit Pistons are a lottery team but they’re 11-2 in spreads of seven or greater.

Seven of Detroit’s nine wins have also come against teams above .500. They’re a tough team that can make it hard even for the best teams in the NBA. They can bust chalk here, especially if Toronto will be without Pascal Siakam and more.

I still favor the Toronto Raptors to win, full lineup or not, but I also like Detroit to keep this close enough to cover their spread.

Pick: Detroit Pistons to cover

Harden and the Nets Torch Houston

Harden left the Houston Rockets, a team he had to carry each season, to a “superteam” he still has to carry. The irony. The Nets will be without Kevin Durant and maybe Kyrie Irving along with F/C Jeff Green. So it’s Harden time!

“The Beard” has led the Brooklyn Nets to a 9-1 record in their last ten. He’s averaging unconscionable numbers during this span with 27.3 points, 10.6 assists, and 9.6 rebounds with a 64.1 true shooting percentage.

Brooklyn is the NBA’s best offense thanks mostly to Harden. And on the other end, Houston has begun a dramatic slide. They’ve lost a dozen straight and have bottomed out on offense ranking last in the NBA as the only team not to average 100 in offensive rating. They’ve been so bad, C Demarcus Cousins left.

The spread is quite big here, but Brooklyn should cover. Harden does his ex-team one last favor by helping their lottery odds.

Pick: Brooklyn Nets to win and cover

Mavericks Unload on Thunder

Like the Miami Heat in the East, the Dallas Mavericks are slowly recovering from their horrible start to the season and are now 8-2 in their last ten. Dallas’s battered frontcourt has returned. Still, the Mavericks were only 4-6 against the spread and are barely winning their games.

Going against the scrappy Thunder, the Mavericks might be in another dog fight here. The Oklahoma City Thunder have survived the NBA season and won against 18 of their 34 spreads thanks to clutch playmaking and scoring.

But the only other team more clutch than the Thunder, at least recently, are the Mavericks. Dallas has put together the fourth-best offense in their last ten along with the second-best TS%. The Thunder are in the bottom-third of the league in both.

OKC’s defense will keep them in this game. But you need offense to close out, and Dallas has that in spades. Pick the team with Luka Doncic.

Pick: Dallas Mavericks to win

Pistons to cover, Nets to cover, and Mavericks to win

Enjoy the NBA games for this night and look to cash in on this mixed parlay bet. This hinges on Detroit coming up big against the Raptors. Let’s head into the All-Star break with a nice win. But if you do start missing basketball, there is still the NCAA March Madness contest coming.
