Ed's Top 3 NFL Betting Betting Week 6

Seattle Seahawks vs. Cleveland Browns
Sunday, October 13th - 1:00PM ET - FirstEnergy Stadium, Cleveland, OH
Betting Line: TBD

Some things never change. Apparently, one of those things is the Browns losing football games. It really is perplexing. The Browns have a new head coach, new quarterback, and a ridiculously talented team on both sides of the ball, yet they're 2-3 and fading fast.

A week after scoring 40 points against the Ravens, the Browns failed to score a touchdown against San Francisco. Cleveland lost 31-3 in an ugly showing where nothing went right.

Seattle, on the other hand is riding high. They're 4-1 and coming off a big win over the Rams. Seattle is allowing just 80 rushing yards per game. They're also scoring over 26 points per game.

The Seahawks are too much for the Browns. Seattle will get to Baker Mayfield and nullify the Browns ground game. Take Seattle to win big this Sunday.

Houston Texans vs. Kansas City Chiefs
Sunday, October 13th - 1:00PM ET - Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City, MO
Betting Line: Kansas City -5, Total 55.5

This right here may be the game to watch this week. Deshaun Watson and Patrick Mahomes go head-to-head at Arrowhead Stadium.

Mahomes is coming off a game where he was pressured and hit often. The Colts played in-your-face defense. Mahomes was clearly hurt a couple of times. His mobility suffered and it had a big impact on his game. It will be interesting to see how he looks come Sunday. If he can't move around like he's used to, we may be looking at limited production for the Chiefs offense.

Showtime has passed for 1,831 yards and 11 touchdowns. He is yet to throw an interception and his 114.7 passer rating ranks him third in the NFL.

Deshaun Watson is coming off a monster game. He passed for 426 yards and five touchdowns while completing 85% of his passes. Most importantly, Watson was not sacked once in the game. It was only the third time in his pro career that's happened.

Watson has passed for 1,364 yards and 11 touchdowns. He's thrown only one interception and has posted a passer rating of 115.9 (2nd in the NFL).

Both of these QB's will ball in Week 6. This one's going over.

Philadelphia Eagles (3-2) vs. Minnesota Vikings (3-2)
Sunday, October 13th - 1:00PM ET - U.S. Bank Stadium, Minneapolis, MN
Betting Line: Minnesota -3, Total 43.5

The Eagles were looking at a 1-3 start just two weeks ago. Now, they find themselves atop the NFC East as they head to Minnesota.

Philly's rushing defense will be put to the test against Minnesota. Dalvin Cook is the NFL's second-leading rusher. Philadelphia allows an NFL-best 63 rushing yards per game. If the Eagles can stop the run and force Minnesota to throw the ball, it will be up to Kirk Cousins to win the game.

Cousins is coming off his best game of the season. Still, he's proven to be unreliable when it really matters.

The Eagles are getting three points at Minnesota. They won't need them. Take Philly to come through and score a W on the road this Sunday.
