NFL Game of the Week:‌ ‌Los Angeles Rams vs. Pittsburgh Steelers ‌-‌ ‌ Week‌ ‌10

Los Angeles Rams (5-3) vs. Pittsburgh Steelers (4-4)
Sunday, November 10th - 4:25PM ET - Heinz Field, Pittsburgh, PA
Betting Line: -4

Don't look now, but the Pittsburgh Steelers are creeping up on Baltimore in the AFC North. Pittsburgh has now won three straight games and are a game and a half behind the Ravens in the division. For a team that began the season 0-3, that's saying something.

The Ravens seemed to be running away with the division. Baltimore may still win the division, but with Pittsburgh lurking behind them, their room for error is shrinking.

With that said, we need to take a few things into context. Pittsburgh's losses were all to very good teams: New England, Seattle, San Francisco, and Baltimore.

Pittsburgh's wins were against Cincinnati, the Chargers, Dolphins, and Colts. The Colts win is the most significant win of their season thus far -- they're the best team they've beaten.

The Steelers were looking down the barrel of an ugly loss to Miami in Week 8. They were down 14 early and the Dolphins were in control. Then, some poor play-calling from Miami and solid execution from Mason Rudolph under pressure mixed with a potent display of offense by James Conner helped lead the Steelers to the come-from-behind win.

Rudolph passed for 191 yards, a touchdown, and an interception in Week 8. He did so without the rushing assistance from James Conner, who missed the game due to injury.

Trey Edmunds assumed his role and made the most of it. The third year back rushed for 73 yards while averaging over six yards per carry. He was not targeted in the passing game.

The Pittsburgh defense was all over Indy. They forced four fumbles (recovered two) and one interception. Minkah Fitzpatrick has three interceptions in the last two weeks, including a spectacular 96-yard pick returned for a touchdown against Indianapolis.

The Rams are turning things around in L.A. They've won consecutive games after dropping three straight from Week 4 through 6. They won 37-10 at Atlanta and 24-10 at home versus the Bengals.

Leading up to their Week 9 bye, Jared Goff passed for 650 yards and four touchdowns in their two wins. He has not thrown an interception since Week 5 against the Seahawks.

L.A.'s offense has been bolstered by the production of Cooper Kupp this season. He's coming off a huge game where he torched the Bengals secondary for 220 yards and a touchdown. That may be a tall ask against against Pittsburgh with Fitzpatrick on a hot streak.

Still, the Rams should win this one. L.A. will have had a week to figure out what's not working and how they can capitalize on their strengths. Pittsburgh has played well, but they benefited dearly from an all-time great (Adam Vinatieri) shanking a would-be game-winning field goal. Los Angeles is my pick for the NFL Week 10 Game of the Week.
